Had what was needed

Cons:

The floor was disgusting looked like it hadn’t been properly mopped in a month. Very bad when you have crawling child.
The reservation process instead of trying to help us the staff that I spoke to over the phone was beyond rude. No customer service training should not be working in this field. If I had gotten a name from him, I would post it for all to see. Rest assure we will never be returning.

Cons:

The front desk representative(s) took over an hour to return for check in time at 3:00 pm. This delayed my own schedule. Not only that, I had to return to the front desk 3 times due to my key not being activated correctly and I was staying on the 3rd floor.
