Great Stay, efficient and cost effective.
Pros:

The location is prime and convenient, close to everything. The room layout is excellent, spacious and well equipped, comfortable for a solo business traveller. Though noticeably, some part is a little bit worn down, i.e. the lamp over desk is broken, the toaster is broken, got replaced after report. Overall, good value for money.

Cons:

As most of the people pointed out, the room key system is the most weird part of the hotel. I would suggest that the instruction is given during check in to avoid frustration.

Spacious, clean rooms but weak breakfast and paid parking.
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette that made the stay more practical. The room was clean and well maintained, and the location is convenient thanks to nearby shops. The hotel also has an underground garage, and the Wi-Fi worked reliably.

Cons:

The garage is charged separately, which feels unnecessary given that it is part of the hotel. The breakfast is rather poor with a limited selection.
