Overall decent, left because I didn't feel safe after an altercation involving someone having a gun.
Pros:

Kendrick the GM was cool and I liked the quietness of the room when the window is closed.

Cons:

I stayed there for about a month and I seen the police show up at least 4 times. There is a longtime guest there who is loud during all times of the day\night and has gotten into multiple altercations with other guests. Also, his significant other is employed there and in my professional opinion, needs to be let go because of her attitude towards new and existing guests and the fact that she condones that behavior when she is in uniform and when she is not.

Overall I like it.
Pros:

Everything! Kendrick Wilson nice and polite every stay!

Cons:

Kendrick was great and property was ok

Cons:

It’s another person forgot her name, she were glasses with dreads. Late 20’s maybe. She was very nice as well.

Pros:

The staff is amazing! Every single one of them is helpful and friendly. Always there to help and assist with anything needed. The property could use a few upgrades like a gym, but overall I give them a 5 star rating.

Other than that Kendrick Wilson was amazing!
Pros:

The location of the area.

Cons:

The fact that there’s NO HOUSEKEEPER to change out sheets and towels! Very disappointed, which is why I gave it a 7. Also there’s no ice machine which is inconvenient.

Pros:

It was awful. It was so bad that we, thankfully, were able to cancel, get fully refunded and leave.
I booked 2 rooms for my family. The first room was tolerable but not the second room. It had no working light in the bathroom with part of the light fixture laying on the sink. There also was no shower curtain and a toilet plunger on the floor in the kitchen. The kitchen area in both rooms was not what I would consider clean.
After seeing these things we couldn't stay there. We were all concerned for our safety as we noticed the people in and out of the hotel and those lingering outside. One woman outside was obviously a prostitute and another man was making "transactions" with his customers..
This hotel looked decent from the photos but it was far from it. I'm so glad the front desk employee agreed for us to leave and be refunded as otherwise we would have had to sleep on guard with one eye open.We only needed a quick overnight stay for about 8 hours but this hotel was unclean and unsafe.
