Roaches
Convenient to get too battery clean bed and space in room was good.
I observed few roaches inside room.

The front desk manager was very rude and unprofessional. He said he didn't receive my payment verification and when I attempted to show him he completely ignored me and then I paid again and the following day he said I had to leave because I gave a unsatisfactory review
RESPECTFULLY, NOTHING
Worst experience ever!! I had a reservation from April 11 to April 12 that was already paid in full on April 2 through the booking app, but the check-in process was a complete mess! There were complications with people rooms being nasty/occupied already or bad keys.. that were already booked there before we spoke to anyone. The front desk associate said she couldn’t properly check us in because she couldn’t process the existing payment and then asked me to swipe my card again two hours after already giving us a room key, which made no sense and felt very unprofessional.
Even though we were given a key, everything about the situation felt disorganized and unsafe. When we got to the room, it was nothing like the photos advertised. Hallway even had a smell. The bathroom was especially unacceptable. It was dirty, the shower wasn’t even properly attached, and I didn’t feel comfortable enough to sit on the toilet, let alone take a shower.
Because of how uncomfortable and uneasy we felt, we chose not to stay the night at all and instead drove two hours back home. That alone should say everything about the experience.
I would not recommend staying here. The lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and overall safety is extremely concerning. I honestly wouldn’t give this place any stars, but I had to put something down.
Only thing that was good about my stay was the price and location every thing else was horrible
