Cons:

Hard to check in no front desk opened, no housekeeping to ask for stuff. There was no shampoo just 1 bar of soap. Most of places which offer kitchenette at least include kitchen items. NOTHING here. things are so old and torn down

Pros:

Manni was helpful when I had issues

Cons:

No one else was helpful at all when I had problems.
The first room I was given had a messed up shower (like cracks and stains) and broken parts of the room. How did they not notice this when they were supposedly cleaning the room?
The laundry facilities didn’t work - you couldn’t get detergent and the staff had no way of helping me (or just didn’t want to)
When I checked out, I think the person was sleeping in the office.

I have stayed at the Extended Stay in Buckhead many times now wow I was intown for work and I must admit this locations hotel staff has always been extremely welcoming and helpful. I particularly want to recognize the staff member named Manni, she is always extremely welcoming, thoughtful, kind, energetic, caring, and flawless customer service..

Outstanding service
Pros:

The evening staff was amazing. I'm a diamond member for choice hotels, and country suites is by far the best choice hotel Ive stayed in.
