My experience at this location
Pros:

Convenient to quality restaurants, stores and interstate. I loved being within 5 minutes of so many options to choose from.

Cons:

The smell of marijuana hits you the minute you walk in the door and travels throughout the building. Bad first impression! I was on the 2nd floor and the smell was all in the hallway. For this to be a non-smoking facility, I didn't get it. Also, I had to go to the front desk 3 times because one of the keys did not ever work. I was told to keep "jiggling" it. I tried this multiple times and it never worked. This was an inconvenience to me as I was staying there with my adult grandson.

Ich bin ehrlich gesagt schockiert, dass dieses Hotel überhaupt auf Booking.com gelistet und teilweise sogar empfohlen wird.

Das Zimmer war in einem inakzeptablen Zustand: sichtbar verschmutzt, keine frische Wäsche vorhanden und im Bad fehlte sogar ein Duschvorhang – entsprechend stand nach dem Duschen das Wasser im ganzen Raum.

Zusätzlich herrschte im Zimmer ein unangenehmer Geruch, der den Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr belastet hat.

Für mich stellt sich ernsthaft die Frage, nach welchen Kriterien solche Unterkünfte geprüft werden. Als Kunde verlässt man sich darauf, dass Mindeststandards eingehalten werden – das war hier eindeutig nicht der Fall.

Diese Erfahrung lässt mich auch grundsätzlich daran zweifeln, künftig überhaupt noch über Booking.com zu buchen oder nicht lieber auf andere Plattformen auszuweichen.

Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, dieses Hotel zu buchen.

I was very disappointed. I reserved this for out of town guest and it was a horrible experience.
First, the Air Conditioner did not work. Was advised to open windows 80* weather. Roach in the bathtub. I immediately requested a refund for no charges to be on my account and did not stay.

My room was dirty! A LOT of dog hair on the floor, bottom of the freezer was dirty, bedskirts dirty, sofa bed DISGUSTING!!! There was a brown stain under the mattress pad of it (I didn’t care to take a picture of it because when my son unfolded it, we saw it and then I told him to fold it back in quickly) and a few little roaches were crawling around and on the fridge.

Pros:

Almost everyone on the staff was exceptionally nice except for mister pork it at the front desk.

Cons:

Mister Pork It at the front desk was coyish enough. Days after my stay, I encounter Taco Bell supervisors enjoying his pork out session in my name. The discussion was about the latest sex trafficking busts. I may not have missed you that day, but word does get around. Needless to say, I have a lot to think about
