It’s was good
Pros:

Staff nice, loved the vibes of the hotel

Cons:

The elevators took forever to come. I wanted over 30 minutes for one to come to my floor. Had to take the stairs with my luggage

Excellent Hotel and Outstanding Services by Hilton brand
Pros:

Location was great in downtown Atlanta. Buffet Breakfast in hotel restaurant was good & the service by the waiter, Deran, was outstanding! Deran was customer focused, very pleasant, & accomodated our needs multiple times during our meal. He is a great example of a valuable employee! Front desk had an effective process for check in & they dealt quickly with some room issues. Room was nicely updated, appealing & very clean. Parking was a challenge, but the attendant on duty Fri evening helped to ease the process & did his job well. The American Hotel Tapestry by Hilton represents the brand well!

A “Feeling At Ease” Solo Trip
Pros:

My stay here at the American hotel in downtown Atlanta was amazing. It was even more special because not only was I in town to see my daughter perform in her first play at Spelman College, but it was the customer service I received during my stay, that was the icing on the cake. The staff had so many welcoming faces and a calming presence... it made me feel at home. I showed up for my stay extra early in the day and Daeshawn(the front desk concierge) made me feel so welcome. He waived the early check-in fee for me and it just made my day, due to a bit of a rough morning earlier. He was even excited about my support of my daughter...which was super sweet of him. I will definitely be back to stay here...knowing that my being here matters.

The best people a hotel could ever have
Pros:

Everyone here has truly made this experience an amazing one. I’ve never felt at home at a hotel in my life. Thank you all for the warm welcome and the hospitality! Kimly and her entire staff are incredible. I especially wanted to thank Dean, Wendy, and Simone for making my breakfast so yummy! They were so attentive and it just means a lot. Kindness goes a long way so I’m grateful!
