Breakfast is a joke! It’s literally coffee and muffins that you grab and go. They gave us only 3 pillows and they were very flat.

Nothing. This is the worst hotel i stayed in last few years. I have never seen more rude receptionist than i saw in this hotel, when i checked out on 11th october there was a person in the receptionist and he was rude to an extent where you will never even think about this hotel any more. There is nothing to like here in this hotel please stay away from this place.
Everything, room was very small, wash sink is blocked and bathroom door doesnt close and no extra pillows and kitchen doesnt work and more to it was their reception which was very very horrible.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The beds and linens were very clean. The floors needed a better mopping and repairs were required for the cabinets in the bathroom. This should have been addressed prior to room being available to rent. The receptionist at checking was very helpful and she made my stay great as were support staff.

The person at the front desk was very helpful and polite.
The hallways smelled, the side entrance to get to my room smelled horribly of urine. There was something on the wall in the kitchen and the side of the fridge, the walls had holes. The window was cracked and broken. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The bathroom door didn’t shut appropriately either.
