Couldn’t tell you since it was overbooked
No room available even though I reserved 2 days ahead.
Breakfast was good, and so is the location and convenient

First the unbelievable smell of trash on the second floor.

Slow draining shower.
No bowls or silverware.
No management on duty.

Way beyond my expectations. Fastidiously, clean and extremly functionally appointed units.... And everything works! Everything you might need, they will find or tell you where you can get it.Easily. Stop and shop on elm street is two minutes away.

I've been here for 3 nights so far due to emergency move. My landlord (NPH Real Estate - phenomenal company!) Wanted to sell my unit and made me a very generous offer to relocate. Located right down the street from where I used to live.
Can stay here for a week or two until I find something. Comfortably. Because everything they promised, they deliver on and ten times more. Every day I spend here

Reasonable rates. Easy uber from Boston Logan express bus stop and commuter rail. Lots of parking.15 - 20 min to boston by car at low traffic. Nice, continental breakfast every day.

The shower was working and had hot water.
Unbelievably bad place. I have been to other Extended Stays but this one was the biggest disappointment of all. I am aware that these places are not top rated ones but in relation to the price the value is poor. No acoustic or other insulation (single pane windows which won't fully close, facing a busy highway) smelly room, ,,,,,
No breakfast as advertised. I usually do not care about breakfast at all but if it is advertised as "breakfast" you have to realize it is "coffee to go" in my world - no place to sit down so you either have to leave or go back to your room. It seems the whole construction needs to be removed and built new. There is no cost effective way to bring this building up to a current standard.
The location from my work. The kitchenette in the room. The bed was comfy.
Other people that stayed there. My car got keyed twice in 2 days. I had to call the police and there was a woman staying there that was stalking me and threatening the staff member.
The price point and location were great
The tv barely worked. I was checked into a room first that doesn’t have a bathroom door. Then there was writing all over the walls in the next room I was put in.
