I will never stay there again. Horrible.
Pros:

There wasn't anything particular that I liked. It had standard amenities that all places should have, but nothing good that I would say I liked.

Cons:

I didn't like that someone peed in the stairwell, all stairwells actually, and nobody went and cleaned it up, so it smelled like that every time I passed. And the fact that they couldn't find my reservation on booking.com when I first check in. Causing me to have to create a new reservation at a more expensive rate. Or that the next day, they checked someone else into my reservation and charged me for two rooms. Or that I asked the front desk if it was possible to have a 1pm check out, to which she agreed and wrote down on the notes, and the next day, I get a phone call telling me to check out before 12:15pm or get charged a late fee.
