Comfortable bed, good price, nice staff! I booked late at night after missing a connection at Dulles and being moved to the next day. The staff member at check in was friendly and there, even at nearly midnight and even allowed me a 2-hour late checkout.
There were no kitchen items of any kind. I wasn't going to use the kitchen as I was only there one night but just something to note for those staying longer term.

It was good that the breakfast was available until 0930, as we had to early and came back for a late breakfast. Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful. For a quick trip, this was trouble-free!
No bell at the front desk for after-hours support. Staff told us the alerts on the phone were not effective for them as they were often away from the phone and did not see the message light.
The bed was okay
Despite the web page and the staff saying there will be breakfast it is simply not true. And yes, you could make a case that it’s a “grad and go” breakfast, but in reality it’s literally a couple of muffins and tea/coffee. That’s not breakfast. A basic vending machine is literally more of a breakfast than this. On top of this; hotels location is so remote, that to get to the closest cafe, you literally have to walk for 40 minutes. So please make no mistake - there is no breakfast at this hotel, and if you assume there is one - you will be unpleasantly surprised. Overall for the additional price of transportation + breakfast for 2 people, I’d recommend you just book a proper hotel, it will cost you the same.
The staff they were so nice and accommodating
The room above of us was so loud they didnt stop stomping and making noise until 4am my gf and I had work the next day couldn't sleep. Also it was never explained to me before hand when I made the reservation there would be a an extra 100 dollar deposit that would take up to 5 days to return and the tv was in a weird place
