Pros:

직원분의 친절한 응대 등은 너무 좋았습니다. 또한 호텔 시설 또한 꽤 괜찮았습니다. 호텔 내 수영장과 스파를 1회만 비용을 지불하면 계속해서 사용할 수 있다는 점은 좋은 점 이었습니다.

Cons:

다만, 가격대비를 고려해봤을때 조식의 경우는 많이 아쉬움이 있었습니다. 음식의 종류나 퀄리티 측면에서는 부족함이 있지 않나 생각됩니다. 또한 야경을 보거나 요코하마 내 각 관광지로 이동하기에는 좋은 위치이긴 합니다만, 다른 식당이나 편의점 등은 호텔과 떨어져 있어 아쉬움이 있었습니다.

Beautiful property with wonderful in-room amenities
Pros:

Hotel is beautiful. Staff is very professional and friendly.

Cons:

I called to make dinner reservations at one of the hotel restaurants and was put on hold four times and then transferred so it seemed like this was a strange request. A little confusing with the lobby being on the top floor but someone is at the entrance to explain. Always felt a little lost when getting off the elevator on the ground floor to leave the hotel.

全体的に大満足の滞在でした！
Pros:

とても素敵な滞在になりました。
スタッフの皆さんがとても親切で、最初から最後まで気持ちよく過ごすことができました。

特にチェックインを担当してくださった女性スタッフの方の対応がとても印象的でした。言葉遣いがとても丁寧で上品で、説明も分かりやすく、心のこもった接客をしていただきました。素晴らしい対応だったと思います。

お部屋もとても広く、快適で、窓からの景色も素晴らしかったです。
また、みなとみらい周辺の観光スポットへのアクセスも良く、観光するにもとても便利な立地でした。

全体的に大満足の滞在でした！
また横浜を訪れる際には、またぜひ泊まりたいと思います！

Pros:

リラックスできる広い部屋に、大きなバスタブ。とにかく、ゆったりのんびり過ごせました。アメニティも、バッチリそろっていて、特にバブルバスにゆっくり入れるのが、何よりの癒しでした。
毎回、大満足の朝食ビュッフェは、今回も、何もかもが美味しく上質な朝ご飯がいただけました。炊きたてご飯最高！

設備は良いが、スタッフのサービスは一流では無い。
Pros:

設備と雰囲気は基本的にとても良いです

Cons:

1階エントランスから14階フロントが遠いですが、エントランスにはソファなど座るところが無く、タクシーを待つ間や預けたスーツケースを受けとる間は立って待たなくてがいけない、疲れます。スタッフも見習い中の慣れていない人も少なくなく、対応が遅い。
