要入住時有找了一下入住登記的櫃台，但因為一開始沒注意到櫃檯是在一樓(客房是29樓以上) ，不過仔細看標示還是可以找到。飯店大樓內有便利商店(Lawson)，附近有家庭餐廳JOYFUL，也有很大的超市。
Pros:

飯店客房窗外的景觀很好，客房空間非常大。

Cons:

客房內部看得出來是稍有年紀的飯店，但整體清潔維護都還不錯。

Area is quiet and accessible to premium outlet. Overall, it is a nice stay

如果不介意樓下有電車經過的軌道震動聲響，位置是不錯的。
Pros:

有免費的接駁巴士到關西機場

Cons:

浴室洗澡水龍頭打開，牆壁有持續的敲擊聲！
和櫃檯人員反應，說是可能牆後有水壓幫浦機器造成？
說要幫我換房間，因住宿一晚，再搬移其他房間是不需要的。
地毯看起來好像都沒有清掃乾淨，不敢赤腳走在毯子上。

Pros:

간사이공항에 저녁 도착, 근처에 하루 묵고 싶어서 알아본 호텔. 린쿠타운역에서 바로 연결되는 점은 아주 좋았다.

Cons:

객실이 노후되었는데 더욱 관리가 안된 느낌. 카펫이 지저분해서 이게 일본의 호텔이 맞나 싶었다. 가장 실망스러운 곳은 조식식당이다. 단체관광객들이 많이 와서 더 붐비고 메뉴도 너무 엉망이고 토스터기는 돌아가지도 않았다.대참사.두번 다시 갈 일은 없으리.
