素敵な滞在時間を過ごせるホテル
Pros:

駅から直ぐ近くで居心地の良いホテル。清潔感も有り静かで落ち着いて滞在出来る。外国人の滞在者も多数居るが騒がしいと思ったことは一度もない。スタッフも良く教育されていて対応も良い。フロントには外国人の担当者の方も多いが考慮すれば気にならない（言葉の理解と処理時間）。このロケーションとパフォーマンスにおいてリーズナブルである。
従ってヘビーユーザーになる。

Excellent overall, just don't ask for anything out of the ordinary.
Pros:

Well placed close to the airport and a pleasant train ride into Osaka. Rooms were great, clean, reasonably large rooms and our room on 46th floor had amazing views over the city of Osaka in the distance.

Cons:

We arrived at the hotel as part of a tour group but were planning on staying an extra night after the tour group left. I had contacted the hotel some time before arrival asking if we could stay in the same room on the extra night. They were unable to arrange this so on the morning of our second day we had to check out, leave our bags at the concierge desk and then check in again when we arrived back at the hotel. Very disappointing that such a simple request was so difficult to achieve.

噪音問題很嚴重 房間整晚都是不明的木頭擠壓聲 電梯上下聲音也很大 挨到早上快5點才累到睡著 房間設施像30年前的風格舊到不行 床睡起來也不舒服身體都有點癢癢的
