Will be back again, great hotel
Pros:

We like location, in middle of shady pleasant business park. Felt safe. Free parking. Small restaurant, bar, specialty coffee available on site. Breakfast with many options and cook to allow you to see him cooking what was ordered. The three of us had an omlet, a standard breakfast with hash browns, eggs, bagel, sausage, and a waffle.
Plenty of coffee in lobby, and infused water all day.
The pool was pleasant, hot tub really hot.
We had asked for room close to front for elderly frail person in our family, they came through with great room right on first floor, front.

Cons:

The only thing I did not care for was lots of flowers budding around pool, so by afternoon, lots of stuff in water. However they do skim pool in morning. Lots of big towels, loungers, and comfy chairs in pool area.

Because our stay was for funny it was good time with my granddaughters.
Pros:

Clean rooms, it has microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine. The TV has Chanel’s for kids

Cons:

My granddaughters and I had a great overnight and We chose the hotel Hilton for the pool for them so we wanted to have more time in the pool before check out .. we must wait because the pool was being cleaned. We know the schedule was 9:00 am until 10:00 pm
This was not a big problem but the girls were expecting to have more time in the pool. We can use 9:45 am until 10:30 am for check out.

Great hotel, but probably wouldn't stay again unless we had a room with softer mattresses.
Pros:

The shampoo and conditioner was NOT the cheap kind you normally find at hotels.
The lady at the front desk gave me 2 waters (1 per adult) when I checked in.
The water pressure-AMAZING.
Great price
Room was very clean.
LOVE the little amenities the room had.
Bedding(blanket, sheets, pillow) were very soft and inviting.
There was lotion to use that wasn't a cheap little one use brand.
Make-up wipe and face wash for single use was in the bathroom.
The restaurant was open till 11, which was wonderful because we checked in late (10pm)

Cons:

There was NO menu to order room service from..at all. We wanted dinner when we checked in after a 3 hour drive and I couldn't find a menu to order from the restaurant. There wasn't one on the website for the hotel or in the room.

The bed was FIRM. Normally I sleep like a baby in a different bed, in a new place. But the mattress was flat out uncomfortable. It was really unfortunate. I thought it may have been just me because I'm pregnant, but my husband couldn't fall asleep either because the bed was that uncomfortable. New mattresses and menus to order room service would've been wonderful.
