The Hilton Garden Inn/South Natomas was a wonderful place to stay. It was quiet, the choice of snacks as we entered was just what we needed, the pool was gorgeous and our room was comfortable and clean. Thank you for having a great workout area, too. The staff at the front desk were so welcoming and fun, especially Shelia and Hanna. Thank you for making me laugh you two!

My company has a contract with the Hiltons in Sac, so I’ve been at this location a handful of times. Everyone is always very nice and friendly - but Shelia is a LIFE SAVER! Funny, sweet, and genuinely helpful for my forgetful brain.

There are hotels that provide a place to sleep...and then there are hotels that provide comfort, kindness, and humanity when you need it most. This property is firmly in the second category.

I have been a Hilton Diamond Member for many years and have traveled extensively, staying in Hilton properties around the world. Without hesitation, I can say this hotel is **the jewel in the Hilton crown**—not because of the building alone, but because of the extraordinary people who work here.

My family traveled to Sacramento for one of the hardest reasons imaginable: the Celebration of Life for my sister. We arrived carrying heavy hearts, and from the moment we walked through the doors, the staff treated us like family rather than guests.

We arrived well before check-in, and my 83-year-old mother was worried about leaving fresh flowers in the car during the Sacramento heat. Without hesitation, the front desk checked us into our room early. It may have seemed like a small gesture, but to our family it meant everything. It immediately lifted a burden from our shoulders and set the tone for the entire weekend.

Throughout our stay, every member of the team genuinely cared about how we were doing. One of the front desk associates, **Hanna**, shared that she had also lost her sister a few years ago. She cried with me for a moment, and that simple act of compassion is something I will never forget. You cannot train people to care like that—it comes from the heart.

The front desk team deserves special recognition: **Hanna, Althea, Salvin, Sheila, and Aaryn**. Every one of them was warm, welcoming, and eager to help in any way they could. And Aaryn...what a character! He kept us laughing exactly when we needed it most.

The restaurant and bar staff were equally outstanding. **Carlito and Caitlin** provided exceptional service, and another bartender whose name I unfortunately didn't get was just as friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, but it was the genuine hospitality that made every meal memorable.

The property itself is a hidden gem. It's tucked into a peaceful, tree-covered setting with shade everywhere—something anyone who has experienced a Sacramento summer will truly appreciate. We even loved seeing the wild turkeys roaming the grounds (the feathered kind, not the human kind!). It gave the hotel such a relaxed, unique atmosphere. While there isn't a lot immediately surrounding the property, it's still conveniently located with easy access to downtown Sacramento and the river, making it the perfect balance of quiet retreat and accessibility.

Customer service was excellent- front desk, cafe, housekeeping and maintenance. Special mention to Athena, Carlito, Jonathan, Lisa and Martha ( We always had a clean room and sheets).

The two gentlemen cooking and serving breakfast on the morning of 7/17 were beyond great. Excellent breakfast! Front desk staff were all terrific, especially Sheila.

Staff was very friendly! Check in was super easy. Very very clean! The hotel was tucked away and far enough away from the downtown area but close enough for a short drive.

The staff was amazing. Bartenders Chris and Aaron. Areyn and Shelia front desk. Very friendly and just awesome people. Nice hotel needs to be updated interior. Quite area. Bar and the food was great!
