Pros:

Staff was great. We needed a screwdriver and they spent time to track one down to loan us. Eveyone was very friendly. The guests were all happy also. A very nice property!

Great welcome after a long travel day
Pros:

After a long, difficult travel day I was greeted by Aaryn at the front desk of the Hilton Garden Inn Sacramento South Natomas. He had a peaceful demeanor and got everything for my check-in ready quickly. That small interaction really changed the trajectory of my evening. You don’t experience that much as a road warrior. Aaryn is a great representative of Hilton. Nice work!

Good value for the price. Very clean property.
Pros:

The two at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. I went to the wrong location initially near the airport and the two working there were very kind helping us to find where we needed to be. One of the staff even ran to the parking lot because I had forgotten my id. They had complimentary water bottles and snacks for purchase. I used the pool which was lovely with provided towels. The room was spotless, lots of towels, bed was comfortable with lot of pillows, the tv had lots of channels available and there was decent coffee in the room and a Keurig. Can’t ask for more than that for the price. I will be using Hilton again.

Second time stay, will be back!
Pros:

Second time here and it was a great stay! The front desk is amazing, Shelia was warm and welcoming and very accommodating, a great first and last impression at the hotel. The rooms are always very clean and polished, with the essentials always available.

I love staying the Hilton.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton in Sacramento. The staff was super nice. Sheila, Athena, Aaryn, and Katherine were super helpful and courteous. Thank you all, I really enjoyed my stay.
