Pros:

Our stay here was pretty ‘meh’. The person on the front desk wasn’t particularly helpful, he did not inform about much at all (ie: breakfast not being included, that we needed a parking flyer for our car).

The hotel & rooms were fairly tired. Our room was not made up during our 2 night stay, and on our day of check out, house keeping opened our door at 8:15am.

The air conditioner, whilst functional, was very noisy making it difficult to sleep.

We had a room with snacks that was meant to be replenished daily but wasn’t.

On the plus side, the pool was nice, just could have used a bit more shade for the sun lounges.

Overall the hotel was pretty quiet.

Some Fun in the SAC Sun
Pros:

Welcoming atmosphere, clean and contemporary space. The Hulton Garden Inn in Sacramento with the Wild Turkeys were also a fun sight in addition to our State Capitol adventures. Delicious breakfast and thankful for the restful sleep! Appreciate the Hospitality and Help Ms. Sheila =)

Our Go-to Hotel
Pros:

The location is perfect...close to the airport and the freeway. The atmosphere is always so welcoming. The staff (Sheila) is very friendly and accommodating. The rest of the staff is great, too, right down to the housekeeping staff. The rooms have always been perfect...clean, comfortable, etc. The value for what you get is great. A very easy and comfortable stay.

Incredible customer service
Pros:

I’m an airline employee so I experience a lot of hotels. This is the only hotel I’ve stayed at where every single person (front desk, house keeping, maintenance, restaurant) has said good morning and to have a good day. Incredible customer service and a great way to start your day.

Terrific!!
Pros:

Sheila was so nice. She really showed us how happy it was for us to check-in. She had such a great smile on her face each day we saw her. It truly showed that she loves working at the hotel.

Cons:

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. Everything was great. :)

Pros:

My day was made so awesome thanks to Sheila. Sheila went above and beyond when I left my bag in the front of the hotel and drove home. She took the time to call me and now I have my bags as a result great hotel thank you Sheila.
