Stains on all the lamp shades. Looked like blood! Just very dirty.

The shampoo and conditioner was NOT the cheap kind you normally find at hotels.
The lady at the front desk gave me 2 waters (1 per adult) when I checked in.
The water pressure-AMAZING.

Room was very clean.
LOVE the little amenities the room had.
Bedding(blanket, sheets, pillow) were very soft and inviting.
There was lotion to use that wasn't a cheap little one use brand.
Make-up wipe and face wash for single use was in the bathroom.
The restaurant was open till 11, which was wonderful because we checked in late (10pm)
There was NO menu to order room service from..at all. We wanted dinner when we checked in after a 3 hour drive and I couldn't find a menu to order from the restaurant. There wasn't one on the website for the hotel or in the room.
The bed was FIRM. Normally I sleep like a baby in a different bed, in a new place. But the mattress was flat out uncomfortable. It was really unfortunate. I thought it may have been just me because I'm pregnant, but my husband couldn't fall asleep either because the bed was that uncomfortable. New mattresses and menus to order room service would've been wonderful.

This is a very nice property convenient to SMF airport, I-5, restaurants, and Starbucks is 0.3 mi. Around the corner. It’s my go to hotel when staying in the area and has been for the past 8 years. Excellent service from the front desk and the restaurant staff and the property is extremely clean and quiet. Also, it is very reasonably priced.

- Manager Luchie greeted me with smiles and bottled water and later on addressed all my questions about Hilton honors program and reassured me.
- Supervisor Hanna offered instant cold pack for my arthiritis pain which was above and beyond.
- Customer specialist Athea was patient with me and expedited requested formal print outs within seconds.
- Jordy sent me text to check in on me which usually only happened to me from five star'd hiltons around the world so that was very appreciated.
Hospitality and vibe were nothing short than 5-star top-notch as a result. (Room was spotless and wifi worked great). Will definitely book again and bring family. Thank you all for making my day and wish you all well.
I stay at this hotel alot. It is my go to when in Sacramento. The reason is the staff. Aaron, Matt, Caitlin, Hannah, Jordy, Lucia, Chris are all fantastic the food and drinks at the bar is good. The hotel is clean. The only thing is they need an upgrade. Carpets, wall papers, air conditionin, showers. all need some love. Beds are comfortable.
Pleasant surprise that a free Super Bowl buffet was provided.
