Lication
The hotel was old and dirty. Elevator did not work. A street light was right next to the window so it was impossible to sleep and the whole thing smelled like cigarettes
Nothing to say except I was charged for a $75.00 security deposit and was told it would be refunded, only $65.00 was refunded. The place was shabby inside and out. The bed was horrible.
Everything
Nothing the staff was not aware couldn't check in
Nothing
Bed was comforatable.
Felt unsafe. Front desk staff permitted and allowed homeless person to remain present in lobby area for extended periods. Homeless person was masked and hooded the whole time and we observed this individual multiple time over the course of 2 1/2 days. Very unprofessional and felt unsafe.
My room was average. Heat and air conditioning worked well. Bed mattress was average, for the price in the area, not worth commenting on it's comfort. No unusual smells or odors in the room.
I had a problem with my first room, door didn't latch shut, so all I had to do was push the door and it opened, not secure. I changed rooms at desk and second room door didn't open with electronic key. So, I went back to the front desk and I got a third room. It worked. However, person at the front desk was 'cold' not apologizing for any inconvenience, they made me feel like it was my problem. On top of this, the main elevator was broken my entire stay and NONE of the outside doors worked to let anyone in the building. Had to park in back of hotel and walk to the front of the hotel to get in. Everyone had to our entire stay. This was poor building condition. Very difficult with luggage, dragging all around. Front desk staff didn't seem to care, and were not friendly. I, with others at the hotel, were not happy with their stay. I won't stay there again.
I have pictures of our awful room. Holes in walls, mold in bathroom and I would not walk on the floor with out shoes
The whole situation. We left after one night and found a great LaQuntia Inn 15 minuets away. Front desk would not refund our money for the rest of our reservation. I ask to speak to the owner and was denied. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this location. I will be calling La Quinta Inn Rottie office on Monday.
Breakfast was alright not the best but for this exact location i consider it pretty decent.
Beetles and stink bugs all over room , the room doors have large cracks / crevasses / openings on the side which made it difficult to have peace & quiet in your own hotel room . You can actually hear a lot of the noises coming from all the different rooms on the same floor
The room size is just fine
The hotel is clearly in need of major maintenance. The elevator was out of service (there is another one at the far end, but it’s inconvenient). The property is located right next to a train line, which adds noticeable noise.
Breakfast was below basic, and the staff felt rather stiff and unwelcoming.
Nothing was to my liking there was bed bugs and it smelled. The property did have good customer service.
Bed bugs, clumps of hair under the sheets, poor smell in the elevator and hallways, cigarette burns in the sheets.
The free breakfast had plenty of seating.
The hallways were significantly stained, unvacuumed, and in serious disrepair. Only 1 elevator was working and it was slow, smelled terrible, and was greasy & grimy all over. The room was a bit cleaner than the elevator, but still a little grimy. I didn’t dare use the shower!
Everythng was fine for the price... clean place to stay with good acess to the freeway
Breakfast could have been better
