Things look a little bit run down in places in the hotel
Breakfast was not what I'm used to from this company. The options at this location was very minimal. I had to go else where and pay for breakfast because they did not have many options at all.
The bed was very uncomfortable and left me sleepless
They had no dark out curtains so all night the lights from the parking lot reflected through the curtain and the morning sun went strait too as well.

I had a king suite room 424. The toilet was wobbly, the toilet paper holder was broken and there was a small gash in the metal tub. We had 3 people so the king suite was perfect. There was no other suites available so they downgraded us to a king room with no rollout bed or anything and still charged for a king suite.
Everything was clean and the front desk work Nikki was extremely helpful. She made sure my family was nice and comfortable for our stay there.

The lobby was hot and muggy the hallway was hot.The room was hot and unbearablly muggy. The only A/c was blocked by t he desk. When asked for refund they stated since it was purchased by Booking.com no refund was available. The review needs to be updated and warned it gets unbearable warm. I did not feel safe or healthy to be on such conditions so I did not stay there.

Good air condition in room but hallways and front was no air. Very hot!
