Quick check in, nice quiet room, no hassles.
The hotel was located less than 30 mins away from most of our activities. The atmosphere was clean and neat. The rooms were decent. The value was worth the price. Very quiet, customer service was great. I didn’t use the amenities but the balcony was a nice touch. There was wasp nest in my room but my family (in two other rooms) were able to use it.
Shout out to Shakyra (I may have spelt it wrong) but she was great and patient.

Not much around the hotel but it was comfortable because it was close to the train station (that was the reason why I booked it)

The hotel staff was so welcoming and friendly. We arrived much earlier than our planned check in time and Miami was able to get a room ready for us so we didn’t have to wait. The hotel was very clean and in a great location for Charleston. I definitely will stay here again.
The room was very clean hotel has awesome atmosphere and it was so quiet!! We enjoyed our 22nd anniversary hanging out at California Dreaming and chilling with people we met there !! A time was had !!
I won’t give less than four stars, even though I want to. I don’t want to trash the hotel because of a few employees. I will say than you need more employees like Desiree! She made up for some of the bad.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for our purposes. I would have appreciated a complimentary breakfast, like so many other hotels provide. Staff could have been friendlier.
