The bartender was extremely rude. He yelled at us and threatened us. People who stay here should avoid interacting with him. I don’t know why the hotel hired him.

It’s a good hotel but needs a lot of work done to be 5 star
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable loved the balcony .

Cons:

Upon arrival the blanket on bed had make up stain on it, balcony glass needed to be clean as well as room door . Elevators are very outdated , and back door entrance door was broken so it was easy access for non guests.

Pros:

Nothing was outstanding. We liked the room layout.

Cons:

Front desk staff was unfriendly. Very musty odor the moment you enter through the front doors. We were told there had been a water line break and that the whole reception and bar/grill area was flooded just a couple days earlier. No breakfast included with the room.

DO NOT STAY THERE.
Pros:

Nothing at all. The front desk associate named Desiree was the only good thing. Suzann the manager was a total disaster.

Cons:

The manager Suzann was rude and incompetent. The onsite restaurant was not open for the hours listed. The rooms were not great. The market items like drinks and snacks were way over priced. $10 for a tiny container of vanilla ice cream. One elevator was broken. Trash was overflowing. Nothing worked right. The AC was broken. The refrigerator was broken. No microwave in the room.
