Pros:

Vi har med fornøjelse overnattet hos Bygholm Park flere gange. Denne gang måtte vi melde afbud pga. snevejr og blev mødt af forståelse og meget fin service.

Havde booket til nytårsaften på booking.com
Betalte næsten dobbelt op i forhold til “Normal dag”
Under faciliteter stod der at der var en restaurant
Da vi ankom fik vi oplyst at restauranten var lukket grundet privat arrangement
Vi var da nødsaget til at sidde og spise hjemmebragt mad på værelset med udsigt til en parkeringsplads på en nytårsaften
Kaffe og te var der tillige ikke på værelset men vi skulle selv hente hurtigkoger og kaffeposer ved entreen til hotelbygningen
Såfremt prisen er det dobbelte en nytårsaften så burde servicen afspejle dette med min en åben restaurant eller bar
Vi føler os så snydt på denne booking hvor de faciliteter der er nævnt på booking.com ikke er tilstede
