Pros:

At der var rigtig fin kundeservice, da vi skulle have nyt værelse, grundet dårlig lugt i vores oprindelig værelse.

Cons:

At der fortsat var eks. lugt af "gammel urin" på badeværelset på det nye værelse.
Mest fremtrædende efter et brusebad.

Vi fik morgenmad og spiste i restauranten om aftenen. Alt det super lækkert ud men smagen skuffer. Det mangler smag og konsistens.

Cons:

Ved ikke om det kun er på Scandic at de afkalker elkedlerne i det samme afkalker de bruger på badeværelset ?
Men elkedlen var ubrugelig - og det på trods af at jeg kogte den igennem mange gange. Gjorde personalet opmærksom på problemet - og de ville kigge på det - hvilket de da også gjorde - ved at skifte elkedlen ud med en anden der så havde det samme problem!!! Så kære Scandic - i kan afkalke elkedlerne i det man bruger til kaffemaskiner. Kaffen er ikke særlig behagelig med en smag af afkalkningsmiddel.

Uitstekend hotel met familiekamers vlak naast de snelweg en heerlijk ontbijt
Pros:

Uitstekend ontbijt met heel veel keuzes en typisch Deense producten. Ideale ligging vlakbij de snelweg met snellader station vlak naast het hotel. Praktische familiekamer met stapelbed.

dejligt med gratis og nem parkering, venligt personale og hurtigt check in. værelset var i sin helhed ok dog med ønske om 2 store forbedringer .

det var umuligt at bruge bruseren. glasdørene var monteret sådan at de ene ikke kunne åbnes og den anden slog ind i vasken , det var fysisk umuligt for et almindeligt bygget menneske at komme igennem den snævre åbning der kunne laves.
sengen var for sin hvis god men det var 2 enkelt senge der var skubbet sammen så madreasserne blev hele tiden skubbet fra hinanden

Heerlijk verblijf met goed eten en ik kom graag terug
Pros:

Het is een prettig hotel met nette kamers en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt is zeer goed met een ruime keuze

Cons:

De kamers zijn wat gehorig. Op mijn verdieping was er een hond die veel blafte.
