Personalet var flinkt og i mødekommede.

Cons:

Der var ikke rent på værelset. Beskidt og lugtede sengetøj, og afløbet i badet var stoppet.

Pros:

The staff were so helpful when I had to contact Copenhagen Police in relation to my stolen wallet
The hotel is a bit out of town, but this meant there was free parking and it was no problem to drive into town to see the sights.

Not very comfortable
Cons:

Warm room with no aircon and a freeway just outside, so not able to open the windown due to the noice.
