We booked a 3 night stay at Scandic Roskilde Park and chose for the convenience of a a hotel just at the city border with a large and safe parking lot, while on a 3-week trip through Denmark.
The city center is within walking distance (15-20min max) and if one choses to take the car (for instance to the Viking Ship museum), the access to main roads nearby is also very easy.
As always within the Scandic group, the hotel has a high general standard and excellent large and fresh selection for the breakfast. Also the cleanliness of rooms and common areas is very good.
The staff is very welcoming and helpful and the rooms are large in size with all conveniences one can ask for.
We had a good night's rest as the area is very quiet and peaceful at the border of the park and the beds are very comfortable.
We would definitely return and recommend this hotel to others.

Non è in pieno centro ma non è stato un problema anche perché eravamo in auto e ci sono molti parcheggi in centro anche gratuiti

Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja (równie blisko do centrum miasta i do obwodnicy) na granicy pięknego parku, cisza i spokój. Pokoje bardzo czyste, dobry rozkład. Absolutną rewelacją jest śniadanie, na poziomie niejednego 5-gwiazdkowego hotelu, ogromny wybór opcji nawet na sporych marud. Dla mnie na wielki plus bardzo porządny ciśnieniowy ekspres z prawdziwą kawą. I co bardzo ważne, niezwykle sympatyczny, pomocny i bardzo wyrozumiały personel hotelowy.
Malutkim minusem jest parking, który ledwo wystarcza przy pełnym obłożeniu. Innych niedociągnięć się nie doszukałem.

Läget
Bequeme Boxspringbetten mit Topper, Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, schöne Hotel-Lobby. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden, Nähe zum Jersie Strand. Sehr motiviertes und engagiertes Personal im Frühstücksraum.
Wir werden dieses Hotel bei unserer Durchreise auch nächstes Jahr wieder buchen.
Die Rezeption war bei Ankunft nicht besetzt, wir mussten 10 Minuten warten. Der Pförtner wirkte nicht besonders motiviert. Später war die Rezeption dann aber mit mit einem anderen Mitarbeiter besetzt, der war dann sehr freundlich. Die Toilettenschüssel hatte beim Wassereinlauf eine hässliche, braune, festsitzende Spur, vermutlich aus Kalk mit Rost. Die Duschkabine hatte in den Ecken schwarzen Schimmelansatz oder Algenbefall. Das Wasser in der gefliesten Duschwanne fließt schlecht ab, überhaupt sind die Abflüsse leicht verstopft, so dass es beim Abfließen des Wassers blubbert. Die Reinigungskräfte müssen vielleicht gezielt angewiesen werden, mittels Checkliste festgestellte Schäden oder Mängel in den Zimmern/Naßbereichen der Hoteldirektion zu melden.

Très belle chambre et très bel hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment top avec un choix impressionnant y compris des gaufres, du café frappé et une machine pour presser ses oranges. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le parking gratuit est très appréciable.
L'hôtel est un peu décentralisé (15-20 minutes de marche pour arriver dans le centre). Comme dans la plupart des hôtels danois, il serait agréable d'avoir du café disponible gratuitement dans la chambre ou à l'accueil (il était à 34 couronnes danoises, soit 4,55 €, à l'accueil).
