昨天在网站上续房，多住一晚，结果定错了日期，马上就在前台要求帮忙改成第二天的，前台服务人员热心帮忙，说叫联系网站平台，联系不上的时候，和希望酒店有经理值班帮忙解决问题，因为房款主要还是给了酒店，最后都没有办法解决，今天早上 我又在前台重新交费定了一间房，因为本来都已经住了两天了，续房的日期弄成了第二天的，酒店如果马上帮解决了那就更好了，真的希望在这方面更加贴心一些！也很愿意每次出差来北加都住在这个酒店。

I did already. They never gave me a discount or coupon for next visit.
Pros:

I stay here 2-4 nights a WEEK.

Cons:

They canceled my booking, then had to redo it. My toilet seat has broken. And the bathroom sink / tub was damaged.

I Hate this Place. Parking is a scam.

Cons:

Parking is a scam. I was ripped off an extra $40. I paid $80 to park for one night!!!!!! They said it was $40 a night and the key card would work to open gate. The automatically deduct $40 from your bill like room service. But when I was trying to leave the keycard would not work! So to get out I paid using my debit card. I was not reimbursed and the staff didn’t care because their parking lot is considered “airport parking” and owned by the city. That’s why parking here is a pain. Many of the cars in their lot are not hotel guests because it is considered “airport parking”
