Hospitable Airport convenience
Pros:

Liked this hotel’s proximity to SFO and its airport shuttle service, but what stood out most was the responsiveness of its staff. Whenever I requested something for my room, eg, I asked for more body lotion and for help turning off the bedroom fan, they took care of it in a snap. And they were friendly about it :).

It was perfect for my situation and the price was very fair!
Pros:

The staff was pleasant, efficient and kind during check in even being late at night!

Waited for the hotel shuttle for 40 minutes was not my favorite!

Better than expected a great value and an excellent place
Pros:

We loved the view. We were up on the 10th floor overlooking the airport and it was just exceptional.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn’t like. If I was gonna say anything, the shower was a little bit older, but that wasn’t really a horribly bad thing.

Excellent hotel, well placed near SFO and efficient shuttle service.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable room. The staff were excellent, efficient and friendly. The breakfast staff could not do enough for us, appropriately attentive and with a smile.

Cons:

The bar closed at 11am.
