Lovely hotel at a great location!
Pros:

Great location as its close to the beach. Room is of good size, but more importantly the staff! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, especially Tracy who graciously helped me during my check out. I had an awesome stay and would totally come back!

Marisa was amazing!
Pros:

Marisa was amazing! Made our stay super easy and she accommodating to our needs. She walked us up to the room prior to booking it to be sure it suited what we were looking for. She also toured us through the amenities and was kind the whole way through - cannot thank her enough for getting us into a room quickly for the time we needed it.

Outdated and overpriced hotel. Now I understand why the holiday inn was almost the same price as a Hyatt hotel.
Pros:

Honestly not much except that the staff was super friendly and overall helpful.

Cons:

Room had a bad small. Although they claimed it’s renovated recently, it still looked very outdated. Bathroom small, outdated and lots of stains.

Way too expensive for the value you are getting here.

Location is ok, not amazing, but walking distance to the beach (although at nights definitely not a comfortable walk).

Nice hotel
Pros:

Really nice hotel lovely room and food we had was good. The bar maid Flower was lovely friendly and we enjoyed chatting with her. We found the eating and bar area very cold making it quite unpleasant. Fairly well situated. All in all a very enjoyable stay

Amazing! Loved my stay here with my partner!!!

Tracy with the good hair is amazing!

Excellent customer service from the entire team from start to finish but Tracy was a memorable favourite from start to finish, kind caring fun and enthusiastic with amazing hair to top it all off!

10/10 recommend 5stars thank you so much guys x

Tracy is a star!
Pros:

we stayed at the hotel for seven days really good service especially from Tracy who was the main person at the check-in desk, she was very helpful from assisting us with local travel, advice about tourists stuff including traffic and really insightful with regards to the costings and refund that you get after you check out etc. would really recommend and say hi to Tracy from us!!

Pros:

The swimming pool was nice, food was really good, staff were all very friendly!

Cons:

We booked a city view room as we wanted a view of the city.. however, the view was of a block of flats. The balcony literally faced a block of apartments a few metres away. We asked the reception for the room we booked but unfortunately the rooms were all fully occupied so we could not move.

There are LOTS of homeless people around and outside the hotel, having never been to Los Angeles before, it felt quite unsafe at night so we were coming back early every evening ☹️

We ended up leaving the hotel a day early (no refund) and cancelling the last 2 nights. We booked another hotel in Beverly Hills which felt a lot safer.

Pros:

The staff was super nice and supportive, I was travelling with my parents that are of old age (80 yrs) and when I asked for handicapped parking, they offered free parking and they also extended a few hours the check-out time so my parents wouldn't get too tired while waiting for our leave time. All of the staff was super nice also at the restaurant and very friendly, they couldn't have treated us better! Thank you so much again for your warm and exceptional treatment!
