The property is in good condition, and the staff was friendly. It will be our first choice.
Pros:

We have been coming to this location for years, due to its access to summerfest (shuttle College Ave.) Primarily staying at this property if the rate is competitive. The property had been recently remodeled. The room was good, The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The property itself was fine, but the immediate neighborhood is becoming a bit rundown, however we certainly felt safe.

The room was very nice and had lots of room.

Cons:

The pool needs a major update. Hair and broken tiles all over the kiddie pool looked discolored on the bootleg and slide was not as pictured. Wish they would have told us before booking they were remodeling.
