Great location for interstate & restaurants & best hot breakfast!!
Pros:

Nice facility - walking distance to many restaurants. Elevator was good, room nice. BEST breakfast ever!!

Cons:

Staff member, Blue, was not friendly & seemed like assisting guests was an imposition. The noise from the Interstate was a bit loud. The pool was outdoors, not indoors.

Awesome hotel
Pros:

The receptionist was awesome, it was her first day and she nailed it. She was professional, caring and moved with a plan. Her name was Blue.

Cons:

The hotel stay itself was very good. I made a 1-night reservation through booking.com, non-cancellable to get a lower rate. The booking process was confusing and I ended up reserving the night of my check-out day. When checking in, the desk clerk told me I had reserved the next night, so I changed it to the correct day. The hotel charged me for that night also so I ended up paying twice for one night. It was my mistake, but the hotel ended up being paid twice for one night’s stay. Not happy with the whole experience!

Pros:

Facility is nice and breakfast bar great! Night front desk clerk very polite and professional.

Cons:

Checked in on Wednesday and left on Monday…had to request clean towels on Friday as room was not cleaned. Front desk said maid reported Do Not Disturb sign on door but it was removed by us around 11am when we left for the day. Maid brought us clean towels.

Maid did not come on Friday nor Saturday. Maids were next door and in the hall when we left around 10:30an Sunday AM. Expecting a cleaned room when coming in on Sunday night, around 6:30pm, we were shocked the only thing done was clean towels and trash cans emptied…which I had mentioned to the front desk on Friday! So from Wed night thru Sun night…room/bathroom not vacuumed/dusted/bathroom wiped down, bed linens not changed…no “housekeeping”.

Also a hotel employee keeps their personal vehicle parked in the drive thru (a van or Tesla) all day/everyday.

Pleasant would stay again.

pleasant stay. staff were super friendly and helpful. we had an issue with the tv and response time was very quick with problem solved and the guy that came was very friendly.

Overall clean and perfect for a night or two stay. Would stay there again.
Pros:

Love the location, the breakfast was great, the front desk staff was super nice. The room, sheets,and bathroom were clean!

Cons:

the elevator was sus and could have been cleaner. There were hardly any charging outlets near the bed. they could have used at least one of the lamps with charging ports.
