The staff were very helpful. I actually to scammed but a cab driver taking us back to the hotel and the reception staff was very helpful. They called in the hotel security and got me to the police station. They did everything they could have. Room was large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was relatively expensive but had excellent selection and quality.

Cons:

We picked the location because we were coming off of a river cruise and it was close to the docking location and the central train station; however it's the way it was located it was difficult to leave without taking a cab. To get an Uber or Bolt you had to walk a long distance or just walk to your destination. That got expensive.

Leuk verblijf met het gezin
Pros:

Ruime familiekamer, comfortabele bedden, niets op aan te merken qua hygiëne.
Centrale ligging in het centrum van Brugge.
Vriendelijk personeel zowel aan de receptie als bij het ontbijt.
Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, alles aanwezig.

Super hôtel, totalement recommandé
Pros:

Chambre très propre, personnel très sympathique, serviable et surtout trilingue ce qui est très agréable. L'emplacement est aussi parfait, on a accès à tout à pied et le parking privé est appréciable.

Cons:

Le prix est un peu élevé
