Great location and service, bathroom need anti-skid mats
Pros:

Everything was good, the bathrooms need anti- skid mats. My wife slipped and hurt herself, thankfully nothing major happened. Highly recommend then to either provide anti-slip mats or renovate the bathing cubicles.

not worth the money. avoid if possible
Pros:

nothing really stands out

Cons:

- i reported a technical problem which was not fixed until my checkout 3 days later
- althought they say they welcome kids no amenities to facilitate. Staff not helpful at all when asked
- breakfast mediocre with minimum choice, staff could not cope with demand resulting in empty trays, no plates. in general very slow service.
- as a personal experience i asked for a late checkout (which ofcourse i paid for, no free things here) until 16:00. On 16:06 i got a knock on my door to get out of the room, even though the staff knew i had a 10 month old baby with me which might cause some delay.
- location not as advertised. very noisy street (its the ring road) and not near to the center (about 25 walking away).
- i travel to brussels a lot for work and i can say with confidence that there are much better places to stay for lower prices.
