Lovely location, excellent staff
Pros:

Nothing is too much for the staff, from an early check in to an emergency changing of rooms in the early hours. Every service is offered and seen through with a smile. The location is perfect to explore the city centre and the views are amazing on both ends.

Cons:

The fact that the bedroom window was locked. Couldn't get any fresh air and had to rely on air conditioning which always gives me a blocked nose at night.

A perfect long weekend to discover Brussels based in this wonderful hotel.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay in this hotel which is so convenient for travellers. The services and staff were really welcoming and helpful with discretion and efficiency. The building, rooms and service are of a high quality and the hotel is beautifully decorated and calm.
The hotel is situated within walking distance from the city centre with all its attractions, restaurants and bars. Just next to it there are tram, bus and metro connections which are really handy to be able to travel all over the city, especially to the sites outside the old city centre. There are so many attractions to visit - museums, exhibitions, parks, historical buildings to visit in Brussels. We had a lovely stay.

Excellent..!
Pros:

Overall, the hotel and its facilities were excellent, near to the high street about 10 – 15mins walk. A lot of car parks available around the area if driving. Breakfast was really good, Room was very comfy and nice.

Everything was amazing perfect stay.

Cons:

I got charged twice for a security deposit but I eventually got to the bottom of it.
