Rosewood Hotel Georgia — what can I say? Service, service, service. This was my third stay, and once again, it delivered. The team consistently makes me feel welcomed and genuinely valued as a returning guest. The reservations and housekeeping staff are fantastic, and the beds are insanely comfortable — some of the best sleep I’ve had while travelling.
The rooms and overall hotel experience are 10/10. Elegant, comfortable, and surprisingly affordable for the level of service provided.
Kudos to the entire team. Looking forward to returning next year with my family, it’s always a highlight of my trip experiencing a stay at this hotel.
The only minor note would be that the pool area and spa amenities feel slightly dated compared to the rest of the property — but it doesn’t take away from what is, hands down, the best place to stay in Vancouver. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
I have traveled frequently to Vancouver and wanted to try something different. I searched five star hotels and came across the Rosewood. They have excellent ratings, but I don’t think they do this hotel justice. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable. The hotel itself is architecturally, gorgeous. There is a very calming lobby scene with beautiful art and design throughout. What makes us hotel stand out the most are the staff!! At every interaction, they were kind, courteous and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. We will not stay anywhere else on our next visits to Vancouver.
On arrival, we had some special requests for our accommodation. Kenny at reception was very patient and extremely accommodating, and went out of his way to find a solution that worked for us.
I can not fault the service at the hotel; the staff were friendly and always obliging. From the moment we arrived, the Bell Captain Mark was very helpful. It was an amazing first impression, and it really only got better from there. The room was lovely, a little over furnished but it had everything you need.
We definitely had an unforgettable stay. Keep up the good work.
Loved the room and exercise, pool and sauna
Really, nothing
Location, charming room, lovely bathroom, great spa and pool
Construction and street noise
Tout est formidable dans cet hôtel : localisation, les lieux (la chambre très belle et le salon magnifique), le personnel qui est aux petits soins et très gentils. Un très bel hôtel de luxe.
Rien : tout était parfait
Service and Location
Everyone was so incredibly friendly and accommodating
The room itself was quite small
Everything
Nothing
The Prophecy Bar had ridiculous prices on several drinks that were offered to us. Besides that, the food and the other drinks were exceptional
The employees were friendly and helpful on all fronts.
Pool was closed
Beautifully decorated, spacious rooms with thoughtful design details, complemented by inviting common areas and a very convenient location. Front desk and concierge staff were consistently helpful. The gym is excellent, and the bar offers a pleasant atmosphere.
Breakfast service felt overwhelmed during my stay, with long waiting times due to an insufficient number of tables to accommodate all guests comfortably. This detracted from what is otherwise a very well-run hotel experience.
Additionally, the hairdryer in the room was a genuine surprise. Given how thoughtfully curated and high-quality everything else in the room is, the provided hairdryer felt out of place: a visibly worn, partially broken folding model that did not match the overall standard of the hotel and felt more appropriate for a much lower-tier property.
Beautiful & elegant, yet sophisticated.
Hot water levels, but they fixed it and were kind to discount/rectify.
