The highlight of our visit to the Rosewood Hotel Georgia was the incredible performance by Jade Monet. Her voice is absolutely world class, soulful, powerful, and perfectly suited for the atmosphere at The Georgia Bar. If you're in Vancouver, you have to check her schedule and catch a set. She’s a must see talent!

Staff always keen to help

Facilities were amazing and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Living in style…this hotel is a delight. Spacious, modern room, amazing bathroom, comfortable beds, a nice gym and a great bar. Located centrally in Vancouver- what more can you want…

Stayed here for 1 night en route to Whistler. Room was perfect with every detail thought of. Service was exceptional and hotel facilities and food were amazing. The Rosewood brand continues to be a step above everyone else…they truly get hospitality an it’s a premium worth paying for.

Not much…they have lost the personable with the customer

This is an astoundingly beautiful hotel. It has an amazing lobby bar with nightly live music, which is top notch. It is well positioned in downtown Vancouver.
Joe and Joe at the bar are fantastic. Personable, efficient and good conversationalists. However the person who really stands out is Robert at the front door. He welcomed us, remembered us and even called us by name. He is efficient and extremely personable. He has you settled into your hotel room in no time. He is the face of this hotel and representative of the wonderful service at the Hotel Georgia.

Localizacao, conforto, gastronomia e atendimeto - tudo absolutamente perfeito. Em especial o atendimento do James, que nos fez nos sentirmos como reis!!

This hotel is in a high end neighborhood- think Prada, Hermes, Tiffany. It’s within a 10 min walk to numerous good restaurants which was why we booked it. It has a very chic and hip vibe. Lobby is very noisy with loud live music most nights. We could enjoy the lobby only one night when music wasn’t playing. Service was uniformly good. Our room was annoyingly small which made me question our choice. Mattress and pillows were comfortable. Overall served our purposes pretty well

Amazing stay experience on Family day ! Great check in experience with friendly front desk agent, Welcome amenity with handwritten note from hotel manager.

The highlight was Dinner at Reflection ,
My daughter had beautifully presented Mocktail and my wife had a prosecco based “Oh my basil “ cocktail which was delicious ! Smashed burger’s house made beef patty was so tasty. I had the best Sablefish in town ! ⭐️

Also adding 60 min Georgian Spa massage really enriched my stay experience and highly recommended !
My daughter and wife enjoyed Sea salt Swimming pool and Sauna !
House keeping staff were also very kind and appreciate the prompt service.

Breakfast at 1927 restaurant , I added crispy bacon onto the Smoked Salmon Benedict was so delicious !

Overall, 10/10 staycation !!

Rosewood Hotel Georgia — what can I say? Service, service, service. This was my third stay, and once again, it delivered. The team consistently makes me feel welcomed and genuinely valued as a returning guest. The reservations and housekeeping staff are fantastic, and the beds are insanely comfortable — some of the best sleep I’ve had while travelling.

The rooms and overall hotel experience are 10/10. Elegant, comfortable, and surprisingly affordable for the level of service provided.

Kudos to the entire team. Looking forward to returning next year with my family, it’s always a highlight of my trip experiencing a stay at this hotel.

I have traveled frequently to Vancouver and wanted to try something different. I searched five star hotels and came across the Rosewood. They have excellent ratings, but I don’t think they do this hotel justice. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable. The hotel itself is architecturally, gorgeous. There is a very calming lobby scene with beautiful art and design throughout. What makes us hotel stand out the most are the staff!! At every interaction, they were kind, courteous and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. We will not stay anywhere else on our next visits to Vancouver.

On arrival, we had some special requests for our accommodation. Kenny at reception was very patient and extremely accommodating, and went out of his way to find a solution that worked for us.

I can not fault the service at the hotel; the staff were friendly and always obliging. From the moment we arrived, the Bell Captain Mark was very helpful. It was an amazing first impression, and it really only got better from there. The room was lovely, a little over furnished but it had everything you need.

We definitely had an unforgettable stay. Keep up the good work.
