Pros:

Eine sehr gute Lage, Zimmer Top, Upgrade für eine Suite bekommen , Frühstückspersonal sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam.

Cons:

Zu wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück, 4 Sorten Wurst, kaum Auswahl an Käse ( jeden Tag die selben ) für Veganer gab es gar nichts , ist beim Preis des Frühstücks nicht angemessen. Hab ich so noch nie gehabt.

In allem ein super Hotel
Pros:

Sehr nette Leute in dem ganzen Hotel.
Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer für Kaffee und Tee.
Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sind auch vorhanden.
Tolle Bar in der man bis 1.00 Uhr Nachts Essen und Getränke bekommt.
Frühstück super .

Cons:

Der Pool war sehr kalt
Aber dafür die Sauna und Massage toll.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt, besonders toll war es ein kostenloses Upgrade in die King Suite bekommen zu haben

Cons:

Das Frühstück lag weit hinter unseren Erwartungen. Nur 4 Sorten Wurst und 3 Käsesorten war doch sehr dürftig für ein 4 Sterne Hotel

Mooi en goed hotel op top locatie

Locatie en ontbijt top!

Cons:

Er valt niet te communiceren met het schoonmaakpersoneel. 3 x gevraagd (ook bij receptie) of ze het raam open wilden laten maar zonder succes. Bij inchecken moesten we nog wat bij betalen (onze eigen schuld) en dat hebben we meteen gedaan. Bij uitchecken kregen we die rekening nog een keer gepresenteerd. Ze konden nergens onze betaling terug vinden (ik had ook geen factuur ontvangen) ondanks dat ik kon aantonen dat ik betaald had. Er ontstond een pittige discussie en zelfs na 15 min zoeken kon ze het niet vinden. Hun administratie is een puinhoop.

Uitstekende keuze voor ene bezoek aan Berlijn centrum
Pros:

Perfecte lokatie in centrum, uitstekend personeel en goed ontbijt. Prijs kwaliteitverhouding meer dan in orde.

Cons:

Het ontbijtmoment 08.30 is extreem druk. Daar wordt je in het hotel vooraf al op gewezen, maar toch zijn er op momenten geen tafeltjes meer onbezet.
