אין אנשי צוות במלון,איש צוות אחד אחראי על הבר ועל המסעדה

מלון מזעזע יחס לא אנושי נפלתי מהמיטה והם טענו שישן על הרצפה אבל בגלל שננתתי חוות דעת גרוע בבוקינק הם התעצבנו ולא פיצו אבל הגשתי מיילים לאחר תשובה מזעזעת רק בגלל הדירוג בהוקינק

היחס לאורחים מצוין והכל ברמה מאוד גבוהה!!

המלון נמצא במקום מרכזי מאוד ממש ליד התחנת רכבת.
השירות מכל אנשי הצוות היה מעל ומעבר! תמיד חייכו, עזרו ונתנו לנו שירות ברמה גבוהה מאוד. אציין לחיוב את רחלי מנהלת קשר האורחים ואת יניב מנהל הספא שהפכו את החוויה שלנו למושלמת. החדרים מאוד יפים, נקיים ובגודל המתאים. הטיפול מסאז׳ במתחם הספא היה מצויין והמטפלת מאוד טובה.
