מיקום מצויין!
היינו בשישי שבת. ארוחות טעונות שיפור בלשון המעטה. הבשר שהוגש היה ממש יבש. כאילו חומם שעות רבות לפני ההגשה.
בריכה ישנה ומוזנחת, ניגעלתי להכנס למים.
מלון נקי,חדרים גדולים.
שירות לא היה טוב,הזמנתי טכנאי לטלוויזיה,הגיע אחריי 5 פעמים שהתקשרתי

מלון ישן , חלק מהחדרים עברו שיפוץ ועדיין התחזוקה דורשת שיפור. העבירו אותנו לסוויטה והחדר היה ברמה ממש ירודה , מזגן שנזל , סתימה בשני הכיורים, הכל ישן ומלוכלך . חדר אוכל מלוכלך ומבולגן
אין משהו מיוחד ארוחה סבירה עד סטנדרטית
1. החדר היה עם הפנים לאתר בנייה ורועש מאוד לאורך שעות היום כולל הבוקר
רעש של טרקטורים ודפיקות
2. ביקשנו לעבור חדר ואף אחד לא התייחס אלינו עד לרגע זה ולא חזר אלינו
3 הבריכה הייתה מלוכלכת מאוד לא היו כסאות והכסאות שכן היו היא מטונפים מאבק והבגדים שלנו התלכלכו מאוד לא היה ניתן לשבת בבריכה
We stayed at VERT Jerusalem for one night before a very important exam, so a good night’s sleep was essential.
Unfortunately, we were assigned a very small room with an uncomfortable bed on the side of the hotel facing a nearby construction site. During the night, the construction noise became so loud that we couldn’t sleep.
We asked the front desk to move us, and we were transferred to another room in the middle of the night. What made the experience especially frustrating was that the quieter room had apparently been available all along, yet we were not given it when we checked in. Instead, we had to pack our belongings and change rooms in the middle of the night.
I understand that the hotel cannot control nearby construction, but it can manage room assignments more thoughtfully when quieter rooms are available. This could have easily prevented a very stressful experience.
Overall, this was a disappointing stay, and the lack of consideration from the front desk significantly affected our experience.

ארוחת בוקר סבירה מאוד
מקלחת מאוד קטנה, הכל ישן, הדלת מתקלפת מרטיבות.
הניאגרה תקולה- עבדה אחרי הרבה לחיצות.
חדר חשוך מאוד גם ביחס למלונות אחרים בהם התאורה לא חזקה.

פחות אהבתי .
שהמעליות שבת לוקח להן המון זמן להגיע המתנה של 10 דק לפחות .
שבעקשתי שיגיעו לחדר לא הגיעו המזגן לא הפסיק לטפטף ברמת שלוליות בחדר 1014 ורעש נוראי שתרקטור. לגבי חדר אוכל אין מה לאכול לצמחונים/טבעונים .
היה אירוח נחמד מאוד ללילה אחד. היינו מרוצים סהכ😄
הבריכה הייתה מקורה 100 אחוז ןזה קצת מבאס באמצע הקיץ. הייתה אווירה של קאנטרי ולא של מלון.
מיטה נוחה וחדר מרווח. ארוחת בוקר טובה ומגוונת. קבלת פנים הייתה נחמדה מאוד ובסך הכל חוויה טובה.
אך חדר שירותים של החדר קצת צפוף. בארוחת הבוקר היה עומס על דוכן החביתות (אולי שווה לפתוח דוכן נוסף).
חווית השינה קצת נפגעה בגלל הרעש של טריקת הדלתות של החדרים האחרים הנשמע היטב מהמסדרון אל תוך החדר, וממש מורגש ואף מעיר משינה (זה לא דיל ברייקר, אך שווה למצוא פתרונות).
בת מלון מעולה . תודה להאני על השירות והקבלה
