The fast train from the airport that stops next to the hotel is probably the best, but also the only reason to stay in this ageing Jerusalem icon.

the hotel was amazing I would be back, but the man at the front desk (Ahmed) was terrible, we asked for 2 beds and after 3 times going up to the 10th floor and finding a one bed we got a the room with 2 beds.

Pros:

Good location, spacious room, except the small bathroom. Excellent service, excellent breakfast. Wonderful spa, well-equipped gym. Pleasant pool.

On adore et on y retourne régulièrement.
Nous avons eu la surprise de trouver dans notre chambre en revenant d’une balade : une bouteille de vin avec 2 verres, un tire bouchon, un gâteau et des couverts.
Ils ont pensé à tout.

Pros:

Hotel service and rooms were great. We were there when war started and they took care of us. Upgraded us to a suite. The location worked for us since we were near a relative and also near the highway so we got to airport quicker. The rooms were nice and clean and breakfast buffet was also good for the price.

הלובי והחדרים משופצים אך חדר האוכל ואזור הבריכה מוזנחים ולא מזמינים. הניקיון ברמה נמוכה מאוד, כאשר ביקשנו שיחליפו לנו מצעים צפני שהיו מלוכלכים הדבר לקח כחצי שעה בה נאלצנו להמתין. לבסוף שהשארנו איך היה וסיפרנו על חוסר שבועות הרצון מהניקיון ובפרט בחדר, נשאלנו אם חוץ מהחדר היה לנו בסדר- שאלה הזוייה כשלעצמה כאשר עיקר מהות המלון הוא החדר.
