According to local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempt from paying VAT on their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non-tourists" as defined in the VAT law) are required to pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. The person in reception, a woman who greeted us was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She quickly made me feel like I have entered the wrong location. After much conversation -- another person showed me my room, and was almost able to resolve the initial poor reaction.
People who worked there were quite rude - except for the waiters, who were warm and fairly welconming.

I think the food needs to have more varieties breakfast and Dinner

На ужине кроме воды из под крана,отсутствовали какие либо напитки, от слово совсем! На территории бассейна отсутствует бар, а он туда проситься , в лобби отеля есть бар, но очень скудный, хотел выпить кофе , но мне предложили растворимый.
