According to local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempt from paying VAT on their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non-tourists" as defined in the VAT law) are required to pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

All round a good clean hotel with great access to the dead sea and clean big pool. Nice breakfast selection. Good indoor pool and sauna. Room clean and comfortable with large opening window and great views.
Staff were not very friendly at pool and reception. Only the man who cleaned our room was very friendly and kind. Man at coffee station at breakfast was miserable.

The hotel is very comfortable, located in the center promenade, near the beach, had all the faculties I needed. The food was great and very delicious

רק שזה כמו לצאת למלחמה כדי לאכול צפוף מלא עמוס מעברים צרים עובדי חדר האוכל ברובם ניראים שלא עומדים בעומס שמוטל עליהם ובטח שלא מסוגלים לתת שירות כפי שהיו רוצים רובם לא דוברים עיברית אבל נכר שמעונינים לתת שירות אבל לא מבינים בר המשקאות בארוחת שישי נגמר הזירו אז פשוט לא דאגו להבעא עוד בשבת בבוקר מעט עמדות קפה במיחממם מיושנים וברור שהמים לא היו חמים מספיק אבל הכי גרוע שחדרי האוכל חא יכולים להכיל את כמות הנופשים בצורה ובהתאם למחיר שנגבה
נושא החניה והשאטלים ממש בילצי סביר פעם אחרונה שאני מגיע למלון הזה שלא דואג לחניות לאורחים ומצא פתרון לא הולם לבעיה
מעליות לא מתפקדות כמעט ויש צורך להמתין הרבה זמן וברור שהניהול של ההזמנות מעלית לא אופטימלי
חדר אוכל צפוף מידי טעמוס מידי מרווח בין השולחנות גם מרגיש ככה וסכנת ההתנגשות עם אורחים אחרים עמוסים בצלחות אוכל בילתי נמנעת
