A very disappointing and stressful stay. we could not sleep due to cockroaches in the room.
Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing and distressing. The room was not clean, and we found several cockroaches inside the room. They were seen on the walls, around the table lamp, and even on the bed.
The situation was so bad that we were unable to sleep at all. We had to stay on the balcony throughout the night because we were afraid to remain inside the room. We were especially worried and concerned about the children, which made the whole experience extremely stressful and frightening.
We documented the situation with both photos and videos as evidence. Finding cockroaches in different areas of the room, particularly on the bed, was completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness.
This was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience, far below what we expected from the hotel. We sincerely hope the management takes this matter very seriously and takes immediate action regarding the cleanliness and pest-control issues so that no other guests, especially families with children, have to experience what we went through.
