מלון שתמיד כיף לחזור אליו נהנינו ממחיר סביר בגלל תקופת המלחמה, קיבלנו שדרוג לקומה 14 מסיבת חגיגת יום הולדת לבעלי.
היה מושלם, עוגה לא הגיעה למרות שהובטח בקבלה, ייתכן והתפספס מאחר וביקשנו לעבור לצד השני באותה קומה,
בסהכ היה מעולה ובהחלט נחזור בעתיד בע"ה.

A veritable scam without transparency and respect for its guests
Pros:

I loved the good location of the hotel with direct access to the beach, with nice coffee shops and bars around.

Cons:

A very disappointing experience that absolutely does not match a 5-star hotel (no parking for the car, the hotel charges 200 shekels per night!! Furthermore, there was not even a bottle of water in the room's mini bar, I had to order small bottles of water from the room service, the employee said that they run out of bottled water after I paid her, she came back with 2 bottles, I was shocked how this could happen in a 5* hotel in TLV!!!
However, I booked one night via Booking, and it was clearly stated that the price included VAT. However, upon arrival, the hotel added the tax again without any justification.
When I asked for clarification, the staff member initially agreed that there was a mistake and was willing to issue a refund, but then suddenly changed their stance and blamed Booking, as if the customer should bear the consequences of their poor organization! This is unprofessional behavior and a clear lack of respect toward guests.
The problems didn’t stop there. Upon arrival, we also discovered that there was no parking available, as if we were expected to search the streets of Tel Aviv on our own! Later, we found out that there is a small parking facility, but the shocking part is the price: 200 shekels per night just to park the car! This is completely excessive and unjustified.
In short, a hotel that lacks transparency, organization, and respect for its guests. A very disappointing experience that I will definitely not repeat!!
