市内中心から遠いので、タクシー利用する必要がある。片道150ペソ。多分公定価格かな？ホテルが呼んだタクシーと帰りの流しのタクシーに同じ料金を請求されたから多分公定価格。
全く役に立たないエアコンを除けば、設備は一流。

ツインの部屋に窓があった。閑静で、外や隣部屋の音は聞こえない。
ベッド、枕、タオルが快適だった。シャワーはお湯が豊富で水量があった。コーヒーマシンがありコーヒー無料。

洗面所にコップがないのは不思議。メキシコでら歯磨きした時に手で掬うのかな。コーヒーカップで代用した。
部屋は暖房がなく寒いが、掛け布団が厚い。長袖を重ね着して対応した。

Cons:

壊れた古いエアコンを取り替える必要がある。

Not Intercontinental standars, not nice location
Pros:

the size of the room, the swimming pool, the public areas, the concierge service

Cons:

no glasses in the bathroom and the excuse was the pandemic which ended 5 years ago, we asked for 4 and brough unwillingly 2. room service never touched them so we had to wash them ourselves. the location is intriguing: there is no dinning option near by or anything, just a Wallmart 3 blocks, the neighbourhood does not look unsafe but no commercial activites of any kind almost. it is far from the historic part of Puebla, you must use Uber to move oround. the management of the club lounge was not the best. most of the time the nice food was cold. the do not meet the Intercontinental standars specially housekeeping. the restaurant is expensive

Pros:

I had written a review some many months ago. During that time, I had an uncomfortable situation with the guy attending the parking lot and I had received "sincere apologies" from the Presidente's management.

After that I continued booking the Presidente when visiting Puebla cause I'm an IHG Rewards member, cause I really liked this hotel and because I felt confident about do not have again an awkward experience like that.

Surprisingly, during my last visit I found the same guy in the parking lot

LUGAR INCREIBLE
Pros:

El desayuno estaba muy rico, la alberca calientita, las instalaciones estaban muy bonitas, las amenidades del baño olían rico, cama rica, la atención de todo el personal muy atentos, me encanto que sus cortinas obscurezcan.

Cons:

tal vez solo podrían mejorar las pantallas ya que no pudimos ver pelis en netflix por ejemplo.

This is my favorite place to staid in Puebla, best guest services all your staff is wonderful.
