Nous avons passé un séjour absolument remarquable au Mövenpick Casablanca. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été exemplaire, chaleureux et parfaitement professionnel. On sent immédiatement une vraie culture du service et une attention sincère portée aux clients.

L’ensemble des équipes fait preuve d’un grand professionnalisme, toujours disponibles, réactives et soucieuses du moindre détail. Le service est fluide, efficace et réalisé avec le sourire, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable.

Les chambres sont irréprochables : d’une propreté parfaite, très spacieuses, bien agencées et offrant un excellent niveau de confort. On s’y sent immédiatement à l’aise, dans un cadre à la fois élégant et reposant.

Une mention spéciale et plus que méritée pour Maroua de la Guest Relation, pour sa disponibilité, son sens du service et son suivi attentionné, ainsi que pour Fatima à l’accueil, dont le sourire, le professionnalisme et l’écoute ont largement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. Toutes nos demandes ont été prises en compte avec efficacité et bienveillance.

From the moment I arrived, the reception and personnel stood out for their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine warmth. Every interaction felt courteous and attentive, making check-in and the overall stay seamless and pleasant.

The location is excellent—central, convenient, and well-situated for both business and leisure, with easy access to key areas of Casablanca. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant yet relaxed, offering a calm retreat from the city’s energy.

My room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the hotel, which contributed greatly to the overall comfort of the stay. The room was also well insulated, ensuring a very acceptable noise level and restful nights.

The food quality was another highlight. Breakfast was generous, fresh, and varied, with high-quality ingredients and attentive service. The dining experience reflected Movenpick’s strong reputation in hospitality and gastronomy.

In terms of amenities, everything was thoughtfully arranged and functional, meeting both comfort and practical needs. The service across the hotel was consistently excellent—professional without being impersonal.
