The lift wasn’t working on the second day meaning I had to climb 5 flight of stairs to access my room. Also my room was never cleaned.

Les employés étaient adorables ils font que la note n’est pas de zéro.
J’ai réservé cet hôtel uniquement pour le SPA, pour ma fibromyalgie. Sinon j’aurais pris un truc plus proche de mon lieu de travail.
Malheureusement contrairement à ce que ça disait sur booking, il faut payer pour accéder au SPA.
L’amabilité du personnel et leur disponibilité, la propreté des lieux et le petit déjeuner à volonté très copieux

J’ai beaucoup aimé le petit déjeuner qui était vraiment excellents.
J’avais une très belle vue dans ma chambre.
Directement quand je suis arrivés on était pas très bien accueilli, le monsieur nous a rien expliquer , rien demander ou présenter. Il a commencé a parlé en néerlandais avec son ami. De base j’avais réservé une chambre à côté de mes amis, j’avais fait la demande depuis le 25.janvier et on m’avais confirmé de faire leur mieux. En arrivant mes amis était au premier étage et nous au 4ieme.
Aucune explication pour le payement , parking, restaurant , rien.
La deuxième nuit était meilleur car il y avait un petit monsieur très très gentil qui nous a tout expliquer. Mais bon fallait le faire depuis le début.
Er stond teveel personeel in restaurant en bij de receptie waardoor ze veel tijd met elkaar bezig waren. Bij aankomst konden we nog E100 extra betalen voor gebruik van faciliteiten (parkeren en wellness).
