Traumhafter Aufenthalt in Den Haag – absolute Weiterempfehlung
Pros:

Wir waren im Urlaub in Den Haag und das gebuchte Hotel hat uns extrem gut gefallen. Von Anfang an war das Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets zuvorkommend.

Unser Zimmer war komfortabel, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Im Restaurant fanden wir eine geschmackvolle Ambiance vor, das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet und die Lobby sowie die Bar absolut stimmig – perfekt zum Entspannen am Abend.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: Hinter dem Haus erstreckt sich ein schöner Wald, der sich wunderbar für Spaziergänge eignet. Gegenüber befindet sich eine Tram-Haltestelle, mit der man bequem ins Zentrum kommt – super praktisch und stressfrei.

Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen und durfte sogar mit ins Restaurant. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders entspannt und angenehm gemacht.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und empfehlen dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter.

Kort, fijn verblijf met enkele minpuntjes.
Pros:

Ruime kamer, fijne badkamer. Lekker gegeten in het restaurant van het hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Last minute ontbijt. Omelet van de ei-chef!

Cons:

Uur van ontbijt klopte niet op de website waardoor we te laat waren. Een zeer vriendelijke medewerker heeft ons echter nog verrast met wat hij in de keuken kon vinden: omelet, enkele broodjes, mini viennoiserie, gerookte zalm, olijfjes etc. Airco maakte teveel lawaai. Zwembad was gesloten (speciaal gekozen voor hotel met zwembad). Duur parkeerticket.

Veel minder goed dan wat het geweest is, wij gaan voortaan wat anders zoeken.
Pros:

Ligging was prima, schaam haar in de badkamer niet prima! En een luchtje in de kamer spuiten betekent niet dat het schoon is.

Cons:

Check in tijd is 15.00 uur, wachten 20 minuten omdat de kamer nog "geïnspecteerd" moet worden na 15.00 uur is niet ok, geen excuus voor het wachten, eten was niet lekker, personeel aan de bar super vriendelijk.
Al meerdere malen hier geweest, maar sinds de overname is het niet meer de klasse die het voorheen had,
Volgende keer gaan we naar het novotel of het Marriot wat ook in de buurt is.
