Personalul amabil, receptia eleganta cu decoratiuni, finisaje deosebite.

Cons:

Camera foarte invechita, mirosea a praf, cearceafurile curate dar nu mi au inspirat confort, mobilierul protejat cu geam ca pe vremea bunicii. Am luat o camera cu balcon, nici o masuta, nici un scaun, saracie totala, nici nu iti venea sa iesi afara, arata ponisit rau. Holul hotelului neventilat mirosind a vechi.
Micul dejun saracacios raportat la pretul camerei.

Deneyimlediğim herşey rezildi.
Pros:

Neyi sevmediğimi söyleyim: Kahvaltıya ailemle oturduğum masada "rezerve" notu bulunmamasına rağmen otel çalışanı geldi ve bu masa rezerve ama oturun dedi. Bunu söyleyiş şekli bile keyif kaçırmaya yeterliydi. Bazı masalarda rezerve noto vardı, bizim oturduğumuzda böyle bir not yoktu.

Cons:

Neyi sevmedim: Otel park alanı ücretsiz park yeri diye lanse ediliyor. İçeriye girince 65 RON günlük park ücreti istendi. Check-in yaparken araçla geldiğimi resepsiyon görevlisine söylememe rağmen buna kayıtsız kaldı. Akşama doğru otelden çıkış yaparken park giriş-çıkış kartımı okutamadığım ve otelden bu nedenle çıkış yapamadığım için arkamda araçlar birikti. Kaos oluştu. Check-in görevlisinin kartı aktifleştirmek gibi bir görevi olduğunu check-in'de hatırlaması gerekir.
