Breakfast was good. Close to the train. The staff was great. Special thank you to Zheng You for his flexibility, knowledge and hospitality. The only person I can give a bad reference is young female who originally checked me in for the extra night I booked. She was unfriendly and told me that I have to move to another room for extra night. Luckily in the morning there was another shift and they worked out that I could stay in my room. If not for those staff members, I would've never return. Now I am considering to stay again.

Bad experience with 1 check in person who said I must change rooms for an extra night I booked.

Good sized rooms and convenient location to MRT. Quick and easy check in / check out.

Good sized rooms and convenient location to MRT. Minibar was removed (which was good). Extra amenities easily accessed via a QR code and delivered quickly to our room (eg., ice, makeup wipes, etc). Nice feature was a water filter instead of bottled water.

Cons:

Sadly the pool was under maintenance so used the neighboring hotels pool (not a big dealbreaker).
