Great location, not consumingly expensive compared to others within the area
Pros:

1. Room was very clean. Spacious for Singapore hotel rooms considering I've stayed in some shoeboxes before with big brand named hotels in Singapore city.
2. Toilet was clean, shower was spacious.
3. Aircon was cold enough in a hot and humid environment outside.
4. Accommodated my baby cot request, and extra towels too.
5. Staff were professional and friendly.

Cons:

The parking structure is in the back of the hotel in a separate building. There is a flight of stairs from the lobby to the back of the hotel which is a road that you have to cross into the parking structure. A bit odd that they do not provide any lifts or alternative solutions as we had luggage that we had to carry up and down the stairs and narrow corridor.

Good staycation, hotel met expectation
Pros:

Staff was friendly
Room was clean and tidy
Many channels to choose from
Location is very convenient

Cons:

The guests were a little noisy, could hear people talking loudly and shouting outside the room.
The door was a little loud when closed, could hear the banging every time which affected my sleep.
The lock was spoiled and unable to lock the door fully, which felt a little unsafe as solo

Nice hotel for a staycay in the city
Pros:

The staff were warm and the check in/check out process were smooth as well. Clean and well-maintained hotel. Location is convenient in Orchard.

Pros:

Its location is superb. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped (with everything I needed for my stay). Bed, pillows and climate control were comfortable. Bathroom was of high hygienic standard and everything worked just fine. Housekeeping was top. Front desk staff were friendly, professional and highly attentive.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit ‘boring’.

A hotel in a good location, ask for a sound proof room.
Pros:

The location close to Orchard Rd shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Sound proofing was poor. We had a screaming child next door which went on for about thirty minutes each time . We were offered another room. Surely the people making the noise should be asked to move to a soundproof room.
