Cons:

The view. Plus our last few trips the room quite ok. This trip the room is smaller and the tea tray is dusty, didn’t clean up. No 1 time mini bar supply including water bottles.

Expensive hotel with great service and high standards
Pros:

Great location near the Orchard Rd. A lot of shopping malls around, MRT also very close. The staff was really nice and polite. With the superior room I had two options for breakfast. One down near the reception and the second in more private and calmer buffet. I can´t complaint about anything in my room. Clean, comfortable, drinkable tap water.

Cons:

Only "bad" thing about my stay was the price. If I didn´t have credits from my previous stays I wouldn´t be able to afford that :D
But that´s not an issue on the hotel´s side.
