Location was good, nice reception and generally smart
Staff, no one engaged with you and on checkout when we were charged £25 for 1 night parking that we hadn’t been made aware of, the lady dealing with us argued with me and was exceptionally rude
All staff were so welcoming and helpful.

We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this hotel to families visiting Birmingham.
The location was excellent - very central and within easy reach of the city's attractions. Parking was straightforward and convenient, which made our trip much easier. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and had a very comfortable bed, ensuring a great night's sleep.
Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and something for everyone in the family.
What really made our stay special was the thoughtful kindness of the team. Before our arrival, they asked about the reason for our visit, and they went above and beyond by leaving some lovely snacks and a handwritten card for our daughter. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch that made her feel very special and was greatly appreciated by us all.

Ziyaretimizde 6 gün konakladik. Ve çok memnun olarak ayrildik. Öncelikle tam adi hafızamda kalmadi ama resepsiyonda görevli ragabish adlı bayan görevliye çok teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Bizleri Gülen gözleri sıcak gülüşü ile karşılaması kapıdan girer girmez kendimizi güvende ve evimizdeymişiz gibi hissetmemizi sağladı. Genel olarak tüm personel güler yüzlü ve çok sıcakkanlı insanlardı. Her konuda destek ve yardımda bulundular. Fiyat ve performans güzeldi. Kahvaltı gerçekten çok güzeldi. Her mutfağa hitap eden özenle seçilmiş ürünlerdi. Her gün oda temizliği yapıldı. Çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar ziyarete gidersek yine aynı oteli tercih edeceğimiz den şüpheniz olmasın. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum burada konaklamalı 😊

The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable
Parking was a bit of a maze and ended up walking a lot through dark aisles.
Also, to get to the city center had to walk under a bridge with many homeless, felt a bit unsecured.
