Pros:

Hotel molto bello e confortevole, a due passi dalla stazione dei treni e a 5 minuti dai bellissimi canali di Birmingham.Camere spaziosi e dotate di ogni comfort; ogni giorno venivano fornite bottigliette d'acqua e un kit per caffè e tè.Colazione sublime, con prodotti di ottima qualità.La sera, al rientro, sono a disposizione dei clienti tisane e infusi rilassanti.Per i bambini viene consegnato un braccialetto "VIP Kids" che permette di accedere al bar della hall per prendere snack e succhi di frutta.

Cons:

Avremmo preferito avere una stanza ai piani superiori ( ma va bene anche così 🥰)

BRILLIANT HOTEL
Pros:

Crowne Hotel was more than my expeation, near city central&, lots of places to eat. Staff was amazing especially with my 2 Grandson , our room was nice, clean & specious. Breakfast was hot & plenty of choices, in all Crowne Hotel was 👍👍

The stay was good except for the few things I mentioned that I didn’t like.
Pros:

The staff were really nice during breakfast time even if it was busy they attended to us all the time. Well done to the whole team!!!

Cons:

I expected a bathtub and only to find out that the room had a shower only and also we couldn’t connect to Netflix using our own account to the tv , called the reception for someone to come and help but no one came and we ended up watching on our devices.
