Good quality, breakfast 👌
Loved the place
The window was locked so you have to rely on the Ac to change the air in the room . Bed was to hard for me. They didn't have massage options at the hotel.
Great location, friendly staff. Lovely breakfast.
The standard of one of the bedrooms was poor / there was a wet carpet beside the bed and the thermostat didn’t work so the room was very hot.
The pool temperature was cold.
What makes this lovely hotel are all the staff teams, they are just fabulous, friendly, professional and efficient, every one of them for the most. Janet, Mark to front office, concierge, housekeeping, maintenance, fabulous lounge & bar staff, especially Denise, & breakfast/restaurant team.
The New refurbishment in reception area and bar lounge is outstanding and a fabulous design but I did like the old design which seemed quieter, but then it was Easter.
Breakfast, restaurant, lounge bar & room service food was perfect with all attentive with amazing chef & team.
From the moment I arrived early 3 April approx 0830, my check in lady was amazingly helpful and simply a delight - please find out who she was and thank her, her persona was perfect and helpful as some guests need a little extra help, time or understanding and not all front office has the natural way.
Beautiful prepared room overlooking the Liver Birds was perfect, bed and pillows were so comfortable with large tv and excellent bathroom products. Superb housekeeping.
Easy walking (or book a taxi) distance to shops, attractions, museums, Albert dock and Mathew Street, plenty of entertainment and restaurants around but I chose to dine in the hotel mostly.
Staff a credit to themselves and managers.
A relaxing and recharge much needed stay.
This property is about location, situated on the Liverpool waterfront but within a 10 minute walk to many of the sites you came to Liverpool for. I joined the IHG loyalty program to book a fantastic rate and was immediately given an upgrade to a larger waterfront room, and how spacious it was. There’s a large comfortable chair by the window that is great for relaxing. The pool is huge and has child-allowed hours so if you don’t want the splashing, you can enjoy these hours. I watched the sunset illuminate the Liver building next door from the jacuzzi. The staff was quite friendly and attentive, remembering that I had asked about the two different Beatles attractions and asking how my visit was. The breakfast was excellent though the smoked salmon was only available one of the three days I stayed. The overnight oats were particularly good, and you can order eggs cooked to your specifications though it’s not obvious. Ask your waiter. Though I didn’t enjoy a drink there, the lobby bar looks inviting with a view on the waterfront.
Great location near to the Liverpool waterfront, shops, M&S Arena and Albert Dock.
Clean, modern and well organised hotel with friendly professional staff and excellent choices of food for breakfast and evening meal.
The rooms are kept spotlessly clean and well stocked with clean towels, toiletries and refreshments.
All areas of the hotel are very well maintained.
There isn't anything that stands out as a dislike, and we keep returning to that hotel as we know it is a very good hotel in Liverpool.
I liked How clean and tidy it was The staff were lovely. Location was great.
Fabulous long weekend break at this hotel. We had a waterfront view and lounge access which was qwlp worth it. Great location to go out and explore the city. Beautiful views and fantastic staff. Big shout out to Maddie in the lounge and Mark at reception. Spa and pool facilities busy with it being a bank holiday weekend but we booked a slot and it was fine. Lounge facilities were a massive bonus with lovely food and service
Location
The location is excellent and the breakfast was excellent too.
No food eaten. Bar service slow and incorrect drinks brought over but this was rectified quickly
Swimming pool very cold
The over all feel of the hotel was good , the staff were very friendly
Unfortunately, my meal of the evening made me sick during the night which was haddock
