Very tidy room and nice breakfast. The location was also very beautiful by the water (that is if your room faced that side)
The ventilation in the rooms was quite loud and contributed to a not so sound night of sleeping.
Everything!
Nothing
Faciltiies were lovely, nice pool etc.
Wonderful location - Liverpool ONE, and the Ferry Terminal were both within 10mins
I wouldn't say I disliked anything. If I had tosay something it would be that it's a little bit pricey, but I would say that's due to it's location + facilities. Yes it feels on expensive side, but the hotel does feel nice and you do get a sense of okay, well I can see why it is the price it is.
Great location, nice staff
Seats in the bar area were dirty, which gives a bad impression of the hotel. These should either be vaxed frequently or have washable covers which then could be changed.
The bed in our room was uncomfortable. It was hammock shaped not flat.
Nothing pleased us. I called room service, but they could not hear me from the landline, and a woman answered me using an insult in Greek. Since I am from Greece, I understood exactly what she said.

Brilliant Location
There were no hooks in the room to hang up coats
Breakfast was good, location is superb and great staff
The bathroom door panels were worn out and broken. it was pretty old door.
I was more than satisfied with the breakfast. Catered for everyone. What I liked most was a 4 hour time slot for breakfast.
The only downside was the shower head was way to small. Would be so much better with a lot bigger one.
Position, cleanliness and parking
Expensive breakfast
Everything was to hand room, spa, restaurant, bar, all staff were very friendly & very helpful
Can’t think of anything I didn’t like
Great hotel, in the perfect location for shops & restaurants. Friendly staff.
Loved the restaurant, cocktail bar & pool.
The heating was a little over baring in communal areas.
