I like location and facilities
Great location and view of the river. Breakfast and dinner very good. Spotlessly clean with friendly staff. Definitely stay here again.
Nothing
The reception staff were friendly and efficient - the rest of the staff seemed to really care and everyone seemed to want to talk to you.
Nothing to improve at this hotel
Everything- the location, the fantastic helpful friendly staff, the interior, the breakfast, pools and restaurant and lounge bar delicious fresh food.
The showers in the spa could be updated but not a major issue at all.
Location and swimming pool and sauna
Nothing it was excellent will be booking again…
The location was very good, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Lovely large swimming pool, large bedrooms, would like to return.
The set menu which was inclusive was a little basic, although tasty.
Large room, lovely view, staff went above & beyond and good walk to key locations in Liverpool.
3am wake up from drunk guest purposely running up & down corridor
In terms of parking, NCP Liverpool Capital (across the road) is half price. Just book on their website.
great room great location
N?a
Comfortable, Clean, Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Great location.
Room was and bathroom were nice, very clean. They leave water, coffee, tea, and a few treats. I arrived at around 11 AM and they let me check in early, which I appreciated. Staff were all lovely.
Depending on what you want to do in the city, the location is nice for a few things (like the Royal Albert Dock) and then really far away from others. Communication after the fact was a bit frustrating: I asked for an invoice at checkout and was told I'd have to contact them via the Booking.com messaging system, and then replies were inconsistent for days. Honestly, this hotel seemed pretty overpriced for what it is.
The hotel was clean, spacious, comfortable. The staff were efficient, courteous, smart and helpful. The room was not cramped, well decorated, clean and comfortable; the bathroom was clean and well appointed with enough fluffy white towels. Our one meal in the hotel was very good and, for a four star hotel, reasonably priced.
Our third floor room was over warm, although we were staying during the late May heatwave, air conditioning or an opening window would have been good. Also the symbols on the wall thermostat were far to small to read so we could only hope that the heater was off. Nevertheless we slept well.
It's a great place to stay if visiting Liverpool
