Bien ubicado, en Albert Dock, 10’ caminando de las principales atracciones. Tiene parking en el hotel por 20£el día. El desayuno excelente, super completo tanto frío como caliente

Bathroom door faulty and would not close ( no privacy)
Room was good and as expected as we had stayed there a number of times. The breakfast was excellent and the FOH staff on breakfast were absolutely lovely and really helpful and we had a number of people including children in our party – very accommodating.
The bathroom door did not close properly and the bathroom needed a bit of a refurb. The swimming pool was tired and the pool area wasn't very clean, again in need of a refurb.
The Crowne Plaza is in a perfect location right next to the cruise and ferry ports.
The £20 per night parking was well worth it and it’s easy to find from any of the motorways. That said it’s not far from the railway stations & heart of Liverpool where there are is so much on offer.
The property itself has first class decor, dining and comfortable bar areas.
The pool and spa are great if you fancy a relax before heading out into town.
Bedrooms are well appointed very quiet , the tea and coffee was accompanied with biscuits a chocolate each and a can of water. Toiletry products we’re very nice and towels / linen very good quality.
Breakfast was first class, coffee was brought to the table, and there was everything you could possibly want available.
All of the staff were very welcoming , helpful and polite …

The hotel was located within walking distance of the station, centre of town and the riverside. The entrance was bright and welcoming with beautiful, comfortable and relaxing seating areas to have a drink or food in.
The staff were very welcoming and happy to help with any questions.
Breakfast was excellent.
