Cons:

I asked the waitress, in the bar, to reduce the volume on the tv, but she ignored my request.
There was nobody watching the TV which was showing darts.
Having loud noise in the background severely spoilt the enjoyment for me and my friends.

Pros:

Breakfast was nice, reception area was lovely. Staff were pleasant.

Cons:

Swimming pool area are old and require a refurb the photos online are not a true reflection of its current state.
Room was small & lighting was awful so very hard to do make-up before we went out.

Pros:

Check out staff was fab, reataurant staff amd room service too. Spa also fab and lovely staff.

Cons:

Check in lady was not v happy, and curt, esp. When asked for a taxi. Bizarre when all other staff werr super friendly, helpful. She did cast a sligbt downer.

Worth a stay
Pros:

Spa was lovely, the pool is freezing though and the jacuzzi is not much better

Staff we so friendly especially phoebe in the bar area. Helped give tips on where to go

Breakfast was beautiful

Cons:

Road noise. I booked the standard room, next time, I would book waterside room.

Quite expensive and the road noise and size of the room was disappointing

Pillows uncomfortable
