Pool area not clean and too busy
Following a recent stay at a competitor hotel that was to say the least this was a pleasant stay.
The rooms looked freshly decorated and clean and the bar area was very up to date and modern.
My only gripe is that there was no small in room fridge and when I stayed it was 30+ degrees outside so even the water that was left in the room was horrible as too warm.
Also, a solo traveller I like a small fridge to keep a yoghurt and juice in for the next day, should I not want to go to breakfast... And, OK, I like to keep some small wines cold!
I asked at reception on my way out to a meeting and the woman at the desk said they only supply fridges if people have a medical need to keep drugs cool. I was taken aback by this but had to go.
On my return there was in fact a small fridge in my room, hallelujah.
On leaving again the next day I again mentioned the fridge when asked about my stay on checking out and this time, a different girl, said a fridge was not a problem, just to ask for one next time I book.
So, as long as the information that is correct is the latter and not the former, I would be happy to stay again....
I like bed room and lovely swimming and dinner bit okay soup was cold but was nice dinner fish and chip

I wanted to book 3 nights B& B but when I checked I’d book Dinner in error & couldn’t change it I thought while there I could explain but had to pay it I only had one dinner out of 3 but the family I had met with weren’t having dinner in hotel & I needed to be with them my husband had recently passed away & I need their company
The location, breakfast and spa facilities were great. Although I didnt use the spa it was great to have the option.
We stayed for a wedding and the room was very small with basics and didnt have a fridge. The price for the room was extortionate and I would not be looking to return based on that.

Everything , all the staff were lovely and helpful . Total 10/10 for me for everything. Beautiful breakfast choice is amazing . Excellent location i will definitely be back here soon definitely recommend.
