A convenient location but with room facilities below expectations
Pros:

It is beautifully located right on the river front and easy walking distance into the city centre

Cons:

The room doesn’t have a fridge so even though you’re given complimentary water,
it’s warm & stays warm. And there’s no room safe which is very disappointing.
The fan is only on or off and when it’s on blows very hard and fast - you can’t regulate it.

Excellent hotel fantastic breakfast lovely staff
Pros:

The rooms where lovely, fantastic view over looking the docks, excellent location as we where going to the m&s arena that night, and the breakfast in the morning was the best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel, loads of choice just excellent.

Cons:

Only thing if being really picky was the fact u can't open windows would have been good if they opened slightly with a safety point on them.

Overall we had a lovely stay at crown plaza hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were nice and the beds comfortable and the pool was a bonus.

Cons:

Paying $2000 Australian dollars for a 3 night stay in a twin double was extreme to say the least 3 adults and a 4 year old child ! It's only 4 star rating and there is no mini bar or any fridge for that matter! If your going to charge that amount move up to a 5 star rating with more inclusive facilities.

We would definitely stay again if coming to Liverpool.
Pros:

We couldn’t really fault our stay. All the staff were really helpful and friendly, everything was really clean.

Cons:

The only small criticism was we found the chlorine in the pool a bit overwhelming and it left us with sore red eyes.

Pros:

Perfect location, right next to Liverpool's Three Graces, and as we were attending the Waterfront music festival, it was perfect to be a couple of minutes away from the stage.

Spacious room, full of light, looking to the beautiful Parish church ; a great variety of options for breakfast ; staff was very kind, especially Pepe in the restaurant and Frank.

Would definitely recommend the hotel and come again.

Cons:

Everything was great.
