Great location with parking in a lux hotel.
Pros:

Very good location in the best part of Liverpool .lots of shops museums and nightlife close by

Cons:

Was a problem with the extractor fan and the toilet r was dirty. I told the reaction and everything was fixed immediately . P

Hotel was a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend staying there.

Room cleaned to a high standard every day

Very attractive hotel

Cons:

Being so close to the cruise ship terminal there can be lots of people directly outside the hotel at times.

It was a good stay overall
Pros:

Staff. Location.

Cons:

The AC wasn’t working. However upon informing the reception the next day upon checkout they waived off the parking fee as a compensation for the inconvenience.

Excellent stay over the weekend and will be back again next may. Staff all helpful and lovely
Pros:

The swimming and jacuzzi and sauna been free to use whilst staying at the hotel.
Breakfast buffet was superb and all piping hot food plus a very good selection to chose from

Cons:

No fridge in room which would have made it just that little bit better for having a cold drink in

Pros:

Facilities were nice, clean and fairly new, and staff were helpful and kind (In particular, the members of the restaurant). My room was also comfortable and nice.

Cons:

The lady at the desk at the Swimming pool / Sauna was...I wouldn't say rude, but more like abrupt... maybe she had a bad day. Nothing too offensive. A little bit more colour in the lobby would be nice but I think it is a matter of taste :)

Pros:

What a fantastic place. I’ll definitely coming here again. The food is excellent, the staff are wonderful and the location is brilliant

Cons:

Parking is charged at £20 but you don’t get told until you’ve booked. It was a disappointment before we went but outweighed with the good value and excellent staff

Was gone for a few days. Bit overpriced.
