All was good. except for following: 1. no slipper or rob provided. 2. only 1 water bottle provided in the room. had to ask for extra. 3. Could have been more flexible with checking out time beyond noon.

极差的体验，胡乱扣押金，回国的时候酒店预付款的押金全被扣了，要不然我注意到发现了，真的就全没了，后来找了官方，追回来了，体验感极差，办事效率也很慢，不推荐，我怀疑是看你是中国人就故意乱扣押金，这种情况我在美国酒店碰到好几次了，而是还都是大酒店。不推荐中国人去住

Pros:

The hotel decided not to accept the guest whose name, email, cell pnone, booking confirmation and pin were all at their disposal!!!!!!!!!! They asked him to leave although the room was duly paid in advance and the guest provided all identifications and proofs available. Above all, and what's worse, is that until today (5 days post the incident) they still have assumed zero responsibility nor have they issued the requested refund. All they do is ask for my patience!! No apology, nothing!!! Obviously, this specific Marriott has serious administrative and client comms issues! Will update when they revert and if my patience is not exhausted until then.
