No me gusta que haya reservado una habitación con 2 camas y me digan que no tienen la habitación y que me conforme con una cama y un sofá para dormir; si quisiese eso no me hubiese asegurado en reservar específicamente 2 camas. Se negaron además a delvolverme el dinero que pagué por esas dos camas esa noche; si pago por algo que NO TENGO entonces devuélveme ese dinero. Cuando se lo hice saber al personal se reían de mi, incluso diciéndome que o me conformaba con ello o no había sitio para mi en ese hotel, recordemos que yo ya había reservado y pagado la habitación con meses de antelación.

Pero eso no fue suficiente sino que pedí hablar con los responsables y la respuesta fue que no estaban ningún día, que llegaban el día que me iba (4 días después) y seguramente cuanto no estuviese así que tendría que aceptar lo que pasó y nada más.

Booking se encargó de defenderme como cliente, lo cual agradezco, y eso hizo que viniesen a mí a pedirme explicaciones de por qué había hecho formalmente la queja. Evidentemente me negué a explicarles nada, igual que ellos me había hecho hasta ese mismo momento, mis gestiones y mis motivos se los daré a booking quien entendió perfectamente la situación y lo insólito de ello.

El hotel una basura, el personal unos maleducado. Booking como plataforma EXCELENTE gestionando y dándome una solución.

Spitzen Hotel in historischem Gebäude, mega Personal, sehr schönes geräumiges sauberes Zimmer!
Pros:

Extrem freundliches Personal, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Unkomplizierter Check in / out, Concierge mega freundlich und zuvorkommend - immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Haben zu kleinem Geld die Möglichkeit bekommen upzugraden auf größeres und bequemere Zimmer (jederzeit wieder!) Mega Lage im Zentrum. Der Concierge hat sich dann auch top um unser Gepäck und Flughafentransfer bemüht. Wirklich ein extrem tolles Hotel, top Mitarbeiter (Rezeption, Concierge, Zimmerpersonal...) - großes schönes sauberes Zimmer...

Localizado próximo de vários restaurantes e cafés. Muito próximo de jardins e da Casa Branca.

Cons:

Estacionamento em garagem bastante caro para moto. Deveriam ter uma tarifa diferente para motocicletas.

Nice hotel, would return.
Pros:

The room was very nice. Sabrina and the Ethiopian gentleman at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. Great location and overall environment.

Cons:

The toilet wouldn't flush (button didn't work). It was fixed, but on our last night it happened again. It was a bother.

I also felt the daily cleaning of the room could have been a bit more thorough.

Pros:

Everyone was friendly and helpful! The restaurant was great! Our room got very warm so I called the front desk. Within minutes maintenance was there to fix the issue.

My phone charger and nail clippers were gone ;( Also, Via Sophia, the hotel restaurant, charged us to our room even we paid by cash. We filed the complaint and credited us back! should check the receipt carefully!

The most overpriced hotel with the worst staff we’ve ever experienced.

We paid a fortune to stay here, yet the service was absolutely unacceptable. Breakfast was advertised as included, but we were unexpectedly charged $140. We also decided to check out in the evening, even though we could have stayed until 12:00 PM the following day. We were simply trying to get an earlier start because we had a long drive ahead of us, yet the hotel charged us an additional $700.

The staff have completely lost touch with what hospitality means. From the manager to the front desk, everyone was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of treating guests with respect, they behaved arrogantly and made us feel like we were bothering them.

The hotel itself is old and poorly maintained. The room had a musty smell, housekeeping barely cleaned the room, and only after our fifth call did someone finally come. Even then, it was hard to call it a proper cleaning.

This was a complete waste of money. We’ve had better service, cleaner rooms, and a much friendlier experience at roadside motels than at this hotel.

Without a doubt, this has been the worst hotel and the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. We would never stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Pros:

Hamilton Hotel locations iwas perfect for our weekend agenda. Touring 10 minutes away. Restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Upon checking in I was told the air conditioning was not functioning in some of the rooms and areas of the hotel . We checked in to the hotel and eventually was affectedy the lack of air conditioning. The next day I checked out. However, the hotel refunded our money.
