The staff
We moved rooms 3 times. The first room the toilet didn’t work then leaked and the bedroom carpet was wet from previous leaks. The second room the tv didn’t work and waited over an hour for maintenance. Eventually got a final room.

hotel is in a nice area. that's the only good point for me with this hotel .Smells,could be cleaner,staff was not friendly.encountered an issue while there hotel manager did not genuinely seem as if she was interested in resolving the issue but saving the hotel a few dollars. bad experience only draw for this hotel is a location. other than that you do better to stay at another location. hotel smells looks old. cleaning was not up to par with other hotels
This hotel is very comfortable and in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our hostess at breakfast , Yulimar, couldn’t have been nicer and made sure we had what we needed. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Atlanta.
Yulimar was an awesome hostess
Yulimar greet me every morning with a smile. She made sure I was taking care of from the time I sat down for breakfast until I left for the morning . Make sure you ask for yulimar .

We had a fabulous day at this hotel. It is very nice, but especially the restaurant. The lady Yulumar was very kind and accommodating. She made the experience even better. It will definitely stay again.
The room air conditioning was inadequate. The bathroom curtain was torn, the soap shelf in the shower was cracked and broken, the towel holder behind the bathroom door was broken as well. The best thing was our restaurant hostess, Yulimar. She was extremely gracious and helpful. My wife is handicapped, and couldn't go to the restaurant for breakfast. I asked the manager if I could bring her breakfast to the room, he said he couldn't allow it. Thankfully Yulimar overheard this and kindly provided two to-go containers for my wife. I was extremely pleased with her understanding and kindness.

My wife and I made our second stay reservations at the Sonesta after a good experience earlier this year. We found both the hotel and surrounding area nice. The accommodations were very good and the only downside we found (parking fee) was offset by the very competitive pricing which we felt compensated for the charge.
Through no fault of Sonesta, this stay presented a challenging situation. Tanija W. went above and beyond helping us resolve the issue. We are both very thankful for her help and we look forward to choosing Sonesta again for our next visit shortly.
