Loved it
Pros:

The property was clean smell amazing . The staff was friendly .

Cons:

Only thing I didn’t like was you had to pay a deposit as well as parking fee that was a bit much .

Great Stay
Pros:

The hotel was very clean smelled good, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful and good in meeting expectations especially Ms Pat the assistant manager!!!I

Cons:

I booked two rooms one for one night and another for two nights the one for one night was for my son and granddaughter and they slept all night in a room that was very cold heat all the way up on 90 and still was very cold in the room ....

The staff was very nice the guy that was at the front desk help me find things to do he even went the extra mile to call his mom to help out lol with things to do

Cons:

The cost of breakfast I just feel like it should have came with the room an to pay to park is crazy because we already staying at the hotel why should we pay to park

Cons:

The staffing of the F&B outlets (restaurant, bar, etc.) was inadequate given the size of the event (NFL/NCAA football officials). In spite of friendly, polite, and professional staff, the lack of the necessary amount of staff negatively affected my stay.

Cons:

Picked for convenience of shuttle bus to the ballgame however very limited times and seating available so had to uber anyway. Rooms were musty smelling and even some mold in bathroom and air vent

Good staff, facilities need some TLC
Pros:

The staff was very responsive and tried their best to meet our needs. Only exception was person on night duty who called our room at 4:18am with a package delivery but she called the wrong room, so it ruined our night sleep.

Cons:

The place was quite dirty and VERY run down--holes in the walls, dirt on the floor, just generally created a sad, run down feeling.

We stayed over a month during our relocation, staff was great, overall room was clean & comfortable!
Pros:

The staff was very professional and friendly, the location was great for what we needed, the beds were very comfortable and clean, and the convenience of having a restaurant in the hotel was great. We had several meals some were great, the other ones, not so great!

Cons:

Dining was not consistent, each time was like holding your breath to see if it was going to be a hit or miss! Rooms were cold but maintenance did come and adjust the temperature.
