I thought that the room was comfortable and the staff was professional. Just seems like a lot of fees between $21/pe
Pros:

The facility was clean and well kept

Cons:

Breakfast is $21/person. There’s a $75 pet fee and $19/night parking fee which I was not aware of.

Pros:

I have been stayingin Sonesta hotels since 15 yrs but this one didn't deserve the name,itw more of a labour camp

Cons:

Hidden charges even though i have the brkfs voucher,room has never been cleaned during.my entire stay,3+ days with out previousy mentioning during booking,receptionists are impolite and dont desreve to be Sonseta staff

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is very convenient. The atmosphere is very pleasant and calm. The room temperature is great and the smell is good, all the amenities included with the room is worth the price. The service I received from Meron was excellent. She is very polite and very professional.

Very out dated, no USB chargers in room, dirty sheets, even had an IHome with an iPhone 3 charger available .
Pros:

Beautiful Lobby & smells amazing.

Cons:

States very high rating. Pictures show one thing, but it’s very deceiving with the quality of the room that I received. Very much out dated and not clean.

The hotel was very clean smelled good, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful and good in meeting expectations especially Ms Pat the assistant manager!!!I

Cons:

I booked two rooms one for one night and another for two nights the one for one night was for my son and granddaughter and they slept all night in a room that was very cold heat all the way up on 90 and still was very cold in the room ....

Pros:

The rooms are very nice and everyone is so nice and friendly. The drinks at the bar were made quickly and neatly I really appreciate the service. The rooms are clean and affordable.

The staff was very nice the guy that was at the front desk help me find things to do he even went the extra mile to call his mom to help out lol with things to do
