Proximity to a lot of activities
Waited 15 minutes to check in. Only 1 person staffed. Paying extra for parking is ridiculous in this area. Pool was freezing cold and it was very dark on the indoor portion with part of the ceiling showing old water damage. Went to check out vending- no vending on my floor. Ice machine was out of service on my floor. $21 for breakfast is crazy- never tried because it was so high.
We liked that the location was away from downtown and all of the traffic.
The parking lot was very poorly lighted at night. It did not feel safe. We booked this place specifically because it had an indoor pool for our kids to swim in, but the indoor pool was freezing cold. They were unable to swim at all. The pool was also not very clean. The room next to ours was a joining room and the joining door was locked; however, the door that you enter through the hallway was not locked. It was open and no one was inside. My husband noticed it was propped open and shut it. That did not make us feel safe.

We moved rooms 3 times. The first room the toilet didn’t work then leaked and the bedroom carpet was wet from previous leaks. The second room the tv didn’t work and waited over an hour for maintenance. Eventually got a final room.
hotel is in a nice area. that's the only good point for me with this hotel .Smells,could be cleaner,staff was not friendly.encountered an issue while there hotel manager did not genuinely seem as if she was interested in resolving the issue but saving the hotel a few dollars. bad experience only draw for this hotel is a location. other than that you do better to stay at another location. hotel smells looks old. cleaning was not up to par with other hotels
This hotel is very comfortable and in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our hostess at breakfast , Yulimar, couldn’t have been nicer and made sure we had what we needed. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Atlanta.
