My stay at the hotel was comfortable, convenient, and truly felt like a relaxing home away from home.
Pros:

The Staff at the Breakfast Buffet were very accommodating. It was a good start for a day.

Cons:

My room was full of ladybugs but back home in Germany it was a sign of good luck. So it wasn’t bothers me alot.

Nice place, but probably won’t return!

Cons:

Terrible WiFi , unable to use Roku and channel options were minimal. Breakfast was no better than a complimentary at other places and $16 is a joke for what you get! A bit too expensive comparatively to other local spots!

Comfortable stay will book again,
Pros:

One of the most cleanest hotels in Elgin. Me and my husband always enjoy our stay. The rooms are clean and nice. My kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub.

Cons:

I found a couple of long black hairs when I opened the bath towels.

Pros:

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, as well as the restaurant.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact I wasn't able to receive breakfast because they didn't open until 7. Also there wasn't any coffee available Sunday morning in the lobby.
