Es muy bonito y elegante . El desayuno es muy bueno y la atencion es buena .

Cons:

La piscina estaba demaciado fria el agua , no pudimos disfrutarla. Deberian tener un metodo para poder calentarla un poco ,porque los niños querian usarla y casi no pudieron hacerlo .

It was a great little getaway without having to travel so far away!
Pros:

Very clean, the pool area was my family’s favorite area. The beds were super comfortable! We wanted to go somewhere lowkey and cool for the weekend because it was extremely HOT. The a/c worked great! They also have showers where you can rinse yourself off after you get out of the pool.

Cons:

Check in was kind of slow, they only had one worker at the time but other than that the staff was friendly!

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas compris.
Les taxes exorbitantes, on a payé 215,23 $ au lieu de 199 prévus.

-The bed was comfortable
- It was Clean
- The balcony
- Spacious

Cons:

- The safe didn't work, we called and it was never fixed.
- The mini fridge was set to freeze, our items froze, that was sad because we couldn't eat the next day.
- The blankets were dirty, like dry blood, it was in the bottom of the bed and we noticed the second night.
It was disgusting.
- coffee is free at the lobby, but not at the restaurant for breakfast which is illogical because it's just the same coffee and just beside the restaurant.

Pros:

Lost property!! Spent rest of my holiday trying to locate expensive designer handbag perfume and clothes!!
Harassed by chambermaid to checkout we left items in a drawer.
We contacted immediately in the hope that they might be sent on to us at our fabulous Marriott hotel in Calgary Canada! No chance! No replies to our 20 emails! Fobbed off by Hilton honours customer service ! One email reply from someone who doesn’t work in Woburn Hilton bluntly telling us that nothing was found!
It does make one ask - have theses items been procured by the chambermaids?!
