Overall a good experience
Pros:

Beautiful hotel! Great look and feel. Feels like your outdoors even though your indoor. The windows and skylight are a great touch. Staff are friendly. Restaurant food is very good, and drinks are delicious! The French toast at breakfast was on point, and our server Leslie was great! Beds are on the hard side and could be more comfortable, but rooms were clean and well designed. Soundproofing is not great so it was kind of loud. Kids running up and down the hall, slamming doors, and people at the pool, ect. But overall it was a good experience! Would stay again.

Southpadre flight got canceled due to snow storm so I booked the first hotel with a pool I found to make the best of the situation . Expectations were low .. holy cow! Not only were we in shock walking into this beautiful glass atrium, the on-site restaurant looks like the type of place you would have to valet for in the city . The pool area felt like we were in Vegas .Did not expect to find that caliber of restaurant hidden within a hotel! I am now obsessed with this place! Call me when that little sports bar by the pool opens up! it’s very rare to find a free covered parking garage at a hotel around here. I am now regretting leaving my car at Logan all week. If everybody wasn’t so nice, I probably would have just left my car in the garage in Uber to the airport.

Pros:

I stay at Hilton Woburn regularly for work and it’s my favorite hotel in the area. While breakfast at Matador is always a key highlight, the restaurant team truly make it exceptional! They’re welcoming, attentive, and genuinely happy to help, delivering fast and friendly service even during busy morning hours especially Bernice and Leslie. Thank you for the excellent service!

Pros:

The lobby, pool, bar/restaurant, employees very professional and kind.

Cons:

I noticed a Crack in the shower pan.
I also saw a bunch of caulk in the bathroom around the edges. Like maintenance didn't know how to seal a tile floor nicely. I was also under the impression that bath robs would be in the room with towels.

Thanks to Ruth and Beth for the smooth bookings process and AV setup for our group.

Kudos to the fantastic food service folks and Joey in IT for supporting our network needs - both of which made our business retreat experience fantastic!

The breakfast and lunch was tasty and all staff were very attentive to our needs.

Excellent customer service especially Al in Maintenance. Comfortable hotel.
Pros:

I asked for extra coffee and creamer. Went down and got it from the nice young man at the front desk. Me to that the room was cold. Within 10 minutes, Al came up with a quilt! Can't do better than that. Thanks Al!
