I would stay here again. Staff was exceptional. I will make sure the air works to keep the room cool

Breakfast was great! Many options. Staff exceeded expectations. Very attentive to my daughters fruit allergy

Diana at the breakfast buffet and the engineer where the only nice staff. Everyone else was incredibly rude and entitled. Verbally snarky.


Diana was on shift with several other woman who where literally arguing and scolding people. She was pretty frantic trying to help everyone alone while they complained. She was polite and fast. Not sure what it is about this hotel and their older woman employees. They are incredibly rude and miserable. Surprised to see this at a Hilton.

Cons:

The hot water in my hotel room was freezing cold the entire stay. The entire hotel was way too hot. People where complaining the entire time about this.

I also called ahead to ask for be sure to have a room on a higher level with a balcony as I knew it would be a busy weekend there. When I arrived they put me in a room without. I had to go back down and talk to the desk. The attendant was so rude. She gave me a hard time about this and was so sarcastic. I had paid for a balcony. In the middle of this interaction another guest got in line behind me and asked her when free samples clame out.She said responded for " For other guest or for you?" Emplying that guest could have things other guest could not. Which is totally fine by me expect she was in the middle of helping a guest who spend $500 to stay there and interrupted the interaction she was currently having regarding a mistake she made and was insisting I made. I am someone who is not unkind. I just couldn't believe being treated like that. What do guest need to do to get normal treatment nevemrind special treatment like she was willing to give the other man.

The property was beautiful! It was warm and inviting and very clean. Check in was fast and easy. The room was spacious and it was in an area with a lot to do.

I love your hotel. Worst stay ever in my life

The hotel itself was wonderful my company stays there frequently

Cons:

Got to the hotel around 3 cleaned up showered. Had just driven 15 hours strait from South Carolina. I asked for upper level quiet room Within an hour the place was full of families with screaming kids running up and down the halls banging on doors . Pool area full of kids screaming riding the elevator . I’m not one to complain but it was so loud 3 hours later checked out drove an hour away to stay.
