Keys to the door did not work. The staff at the desk AND engineer on night duty could not open for me either!

Welcoming and pleasant staff!
Pros:

The room was comfortable and cozy. Taking the time to write this review to compliment Ty, the gentleman at the check-in was delightful. He made the process quick, seamless and was very pleasant even with our encounters during the stay.
I will certainly return to this location on my trips to Boston.

Matadora is a gem!
Pros:

Matadora, the restaurant, is a hidden gem, and Kiki the bartender is just the best. Skilled, friendly, easy-going. The food is top quality—the best paella I’ve ever had outside of my own, months in Spain included!

We had an amazing time at Matadora at the Hilton hotel with the wonderful service of Kiki! Would highly recommend not only the hotel bar/restaurant service, but the hotel as a whole. Would definitely come here again!

Friendly staff, always above and beyond
Pros:

The staff here at Hilton Woburn and especially Matadora are friendly, personable, and just plain human. We have genuine, lovely experiences here, and the heart and generosity of the employees are so appreciated.

Pros:

Matadora’s food is amazing! Yet the highlight of my stay was Kiki’s service! Her drinks and tapas recommendations are spot on. If you it make over to the bar area (usually pretty full) definitely ask Kiki (bartender) and her recommendations. And, if you’re asking me (of course you are), be sure to get the Matadora Old Fashion. I’m no gin drinker, but trust me… Kiki knows what she is doing behind that bar!

Here with a team from my company. We required a meeting room for a dozen people. It was perfect. The AV, the food, the amenities. Top shelf. Best yet, Taryk was AMAZING. You should bump his pay. Awesome.
