The room was comfortable and cozy. Taking the time to write this review to compliment Ty, the gentleman at the check-in was delightful. He made the process quick, seamless and was very pleasant even with our encounters during the stay.

Matadora, the restaurant, is a hidden gem, and Kiki the bartender is just the best. Skilled, friendly, easy-going. The food is top quality—the best paella I’ve ever had outside of my own, months in Spain included!

The staff here at Hilton Woburn and especially Matadora are friendly, personable, and just plain human. We have genuine, lovely experiences here, and the heart and generosity of the employees are so appreciated.
Matadora’s food is amazing! Yet the highlight of my stay was Kiki’s service! Her drinks and tapas recommendations are spot on. If you it make over to the bar area (usually pretty full) definitely ask Kiki (bartender) and her recommendations. And, if you’re asking me (of course you are), be sure to get the Matadora Old Fashion. I’m no gin drinker, but trust me… Kiki knows what she is doing behind that bar!

Amazing! Where here for 1 lunch after staying at the Hilton Woburn Boston hotel. It was my son’s birthday and Cheryl made sure to make this lunch a special event! We had the grilled vegetables and hummus plate. All was perfect! Thank you! 😊🙌🥰

Stayed at this hotel for a night with my family, kids aged 6 and 8. The service was great, everyone was so kind. A special shout out to Leslie at the breakfast buffet. Super friendly and so amazing with the kids. Wish we could have stayed longer!
