Cons:

Tesis fatura kesmekte çok zorluk çıkardı ve nazik davranmadı. Otel çok yeni ve temiz değil. Koridorlar çok kötü sigara kokuyordu. Kendimi güvende hissetmedim.

That the front clerk told me the 2 rooms with 2 king beds I reserved were not allotted . So he gave me a room with 2 double bed and had the nerve to tell me he wasn’t going to charge me more for not having the king bed room I had reserved available. This is complete and utter bullcrap ! Hotels need to cross off rooms that are sold out when they get sold out . It’s 2026 , this should be instantaneous on hotel websites !!

Convenient location, friendly staff and good value for the money
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and accommodated an early check in and a slightly late check out time. Additionally, Ieft my drivers license at the hotel with the key card and the staff (Cade) called me so I could come back to get it. That was awesome customer service.

Cons:

Nothing. The hotel was great. I did not try the food.

It was ok. Staff was super nice. Rooms are spacious but bathroom was very old.

Our floor smelled - it appears we’re on the section that allows pets so it wasn’t very pleasant at times. It also smelled like smoking during late hours
