Comfortable room, clean.
Staff was knowledgeable, professional and courteous.
Room overlooked the bar and open area, was pretty noisy.
Room was old. Heating didn't work in 1 of the 2 rooms, after telling front desk noone came to fix it and didn't bother to offer for another room due to inconvenience. Slept in jackets.

At check in the counter agent was talking to someone else while checking me in...felt ignored.
Had a room out to the lobby - significant noises from the lobby and bar into the room.

How close it was to the airport. The shuttle service. The shower. Smelled clean. The hand soap. Black out curtains. The bed comfort was decent.
The customer service at front desk was unpleasant the whole stay. The pool / jacuzzi and area was dirty and overly noisy. Kids screaming for hours in the morning/ afternoon at pool area, I had to call multiple times to see if another room was available. Air conditioning was old and noisy and definitely needed to be cleaned. Tv was low quality, it kept going light to dark on the screen, only YouTube and Netflix was accessible. Pillows on bed were airy offering no support. Limited menu at restaurant. Thin walls. Mini fridge was so noisy. No in room phone instructions, the buttons front desk button etc. did not work, had to go down and ask how to use the phone and was told to dial 0. Overall was not pleased. Compared to Sheraton In Los Angeles and Dallas, this Sheraton needs to take notes, study and apply!

The shuttle was not running as promised when I came to check out. I was downstairs by 10:35, and the shuttle usually was scheduled for every 20 minutes, but I was told by reception that i would have to wait for 15-20 more minutes, and then I would have waited for the shuttle to leave again..... I was on my way to the airport, so I ended up just getting an uber. There was no offer for an uber, so I ended up paying for my ride.....
This property was very good.

You have to pay for parking, wasn’t enough towels and wash clothes. I asked for blankets and they sent me sheets. The telephone did not work.
