It was nicely decorated and the room was comfortable and secure.

Close to Orpheum; staff were friendly.
The white shade did not blackout the lights from the building across the street so we had very little darkness in our room to sleep. Also, your parking ramp is hard to figure out how to get to.

I was delighted and amazed at the truly excellent service I received from your staff. I would like to especially call out the fabulous Johanna!!! She was kind, super accommodating, very helpful, and has a great sense of humor. Additionally, she made me feel totally at home! Please do whatever you can to recognize her kindness and hard work. Both are rare qualities these days. She made my stay extra special and stress free. Thank you so much! I can't wait until my next stay with you all!
I loved, loved, loved this hotel!! I was staying on business so didn’t get to explore the area, but the hotel itself is designed so well! It has a cool, mid-century modern look, but still very cozy. They leave a robe in your room, have products that smell good (including liquid hands soap), and they have an Nespresso maker. So no yucky coffee in the morning! Their bar has a cool vibe and the food was good too! The beds are extremely comfortable and I had no problems with noise. The fitness center is great too! They had a Peleton bike which is always a plus. Seriously, one of the best I’ve stayed at!

The design was great
Beds need some updating. The price on booking is definitely not the price you pay when you get there, adding a hundred dollars onto the cost is insane.
We love coming here! The service from Mike and Emme is the best! They make you feel like family. We look forward to staying here and going to star bar to see our favorite people. Sam at the front desk is def one of our faves too! So kind and helpful. Food is so good and cocktails are the top notch! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else out here :)
