Very good and would stay again!
Pros:

Comfy bed. Nice shower. Liked the TV and the channel selection. Overall a very comfortable and clean room.

Cons:

The snack bar selection.

Great option for upscale room
Pros:

Love that the facility was clean, modern and spacious with upscale coffee options (nespresso) in room and restaurants and bar on site with option for room service! The SHOWER. i almost worried the other guests didnt have any water pressure because ours was insanely incredible. Love that the HVAC worked so well and kept our room cool and not humid on a hot and humid weekend! The fan was loud enough to sooth out busy street noise and calm enough to white noise me to sleep.

Cons:

Not much to complain about. A dog a couple doors was barking relentlessly.. but once in our room we were oblivious. BONUS. they allowed dogs! Our room was right next to the elevators and again... the noise was a non issue. And we are light sleepers! Notable of the HVAC. We turned the system down to cool off at night.. and that baby worked on turbo speed to get caught up to our thermostat preferences. We laughed because it was so obnoxious... albeit shortlived!

Loved stay, but it would be best if we could have slept more comfortably!
Pros:

Loved the layout of the room! Location was great!

Cons:

The mattresses needed to be flipped or replaced! Both beds had mattresses worn on side by lamp table!
Parking fee should be a bit less!

Wonderful staff and manager!!!
Pros:

I want to give a loud shout out to the night shift front desk, Jason, and the night security staff. As well as the dayshift front desk, Johanna. Life happened the night we stayed and they were all VERY wonderful. They went above and beyond!!! They were all kind, understanding, and supportive.

Pros:

I thought it was pretty and clean and the rooms were comfortable. I would've liked different lighting-- it was either bright enough but harsh or pleasant but too dim. The parking deck and Skyway access made it very convenient. The staff was very accommodating and nice.

Cons:

Too much scent in the hallways. Slamming doors-- my own and others.

Cons:

Heavy comforter! Could hardly move and no lighter blanket was available. Parking ramp, though that is not something that you can change.

The location to the Target Center and restaurants was very nice!
Pros:

It was nicely decorated and the room was comfortable and secure.

Cons:

Nothing wrong as far as I could see.

Pros:

Close to Orpheum; staff were friendly.

Cons:

The white shade did not blackout the lights from the building across the street so we had very little darkness in our room to sleep. Also, your parking ramp is hard to figure out how to get to.

I was delighted and amazed at the truly excellent service I received from your staff. I would like to especially call out the fabulous Johanna!!! She was kind, super accommodating, very helpful, and has a great sense of humor. Additionally, she made me feel totally at home! Please do whatever you can to recognize her kindness and hard work.
