Front desk service was exceptional
Close to lots of attractions and dining. Great city views and in downtown area. Great for walking.
A lot of extra charges, hard to get to parking ramp with one way bus lanes and there was only one way to get there. Parking ramp is very narrow and hard to get around, especially for bigger cars. They do not sell a variety of snacks/drinks. Had to stop at a store.

Great location, the staff is amazing 👏 friendly and attentive... I felt very welcomed when I arrived at the front desk and to be thanked for being a guest by the night auditor and staff is soooo refreshing after a long day of flying... always grateful.....

I travel a lot, so I’ve seen quite a bit and normally I’m willing to just let things go.
That said this was about the least clean room I have seen in years. It wasn’t my choice. I got sent here by Delta when my flight got canceled.
There were half eaten grapes on the floor, a crusty false eyelash on the stool in front of the mirror, cellophane trash in the closet, and I don’t even want to know what the crusty white stuff was on the velveteen cities at the end of the bed.
Glad this stay was only for a few hours.
On the bright side, I did like the Nespresso machine in the room. Be aware that it might not turn itself off though, mine didn’t and started overflowing.
