TV wasn’t working properly. Curtains were ripped and dirty. Lots of stains on the carpet. Garbage in the elevators.

NOT sattisfied at all , especially what we paid for these rooms!
Pros:

I am waiting on a call from this hotel, while the beds and pillows were comfortable, 2 days we had NO HOT WATER and one of the days our room was not cleaned or beds made or changed, when my husband talked with the front desk they said sorry we've been busy. Sorry people, this is a hotel, you will be busy and as far as their reasoning for no hot water, its the weekend, we can't help you till Monday! Not good enough Doubletree, do better! Will NOT be staying there again or any other Doubletree!

Cons:

NO HOT WATER for 2 days of our 5 day trip and 1 of those days NO room cleaned or beds made or changed. Very dissapointed Doubletree, do better!

Pros:

I thought the breakfast would be more like a restaurant menu and less of a non included 'continental ' style

Cons:

It took a very long time for the shower water to get hot in our room on the 8th floor

Kal and Julio were amazing!!!!
Pros:

I had an amazing stay at the Doubletree. The front desk staff was very informative. They told us of all the amenities of the hotel the hours of the restaurant and even helped us locate our rooms as well. They also went over the market options available. I will definitely come back again Julio and Kal were amazing when it came to helping my crew at the front desk.

Perfect stay for work trips
Pros:

2nd time visiting with great service every trip. Julio is always so nice when checking in and rooms are clean! It is also such a convenience to have a restaurant right here so you dont have to leave after a long day. Will stay here every time!
