Customers who were Humiliated and Disrespected
Pros:

We made reservation for a family of 7. The second day at the hotel Katlyn called my daughter and ask us to leave the hotel. She stated that maybe this hotel wasn’t a good fit for us. She also stated someone informed her that 8 people were staying in our room which was not true. When my daughter made the reservation it was very Clear it was a family of 7. We were humiliated and racially profiled. We have been Hilton customer for years and have never experience such humiliation.

Late night check-in
Pros:

Got in for a late check in and was greeted by Josh at the front desk. He was so friendly, informative and got us to our room swiftly with a warm cookie for a late night snack. Thank you Josh!

Very pleased, though some of the furniture was a little hard, but we really enjoyed our stay

I like how clean it was in well kept

Cons:

I think that the bathroom could use a little bit of extra storage space in the kitchen should have dish towels, and dish soap would be a good thing

Worse experience in a hotel ever, the staff did nothing.

Location is great and facilities are clean.

Cons:

During my stay the hotel was full of unruly children staying there for a local soccer tournament. The children were running up and down the hallways kicking guests doors until late in evening. They actually broke the elevator by forcing the doors open resulting in guest getting trapped and the fire department had to respond and rescue the guests. The parents of these children did nothing. When I called the staff they did nothing. There was no security on site. I expected more from a hotel with the Hilton name. I’ll never stay there again.

I’ll definitely use this hotel again even though it cost a little more than most.
Pros:

Kid thought out was a castle lol. Pool and hot tub were nice. Restaurant was nice. Beds and pillows were really comfortable.

Great stay!
Pros:

Beautiful place, nice room, comfy bed but the bathroom could’ve used another cleaning as there were hairs and a spider with its’ web at the base of the shower.
