Pros:

The rooms were nice and clean! The store in the lobby was nice, alot to offer! The breakfast buffet was really good, impressed.

Cons:

Dinner at the restaurant was just ok. Our wings were not cooked all the way. The elevator seem to get stuck on the basement floor. Had to wait for someone else to come down in the elevator to be able to go back up. Couldn't find the stairs.

Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Stayed a couple of nights while visiting family in the area. Double Tree Rooms were clean and quiet. Service was good. Restaurant had good food. Only critique is that they charged for overnight parking.

Will stay again
Pros:

The room and hotel itself was beautiful and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I didn’t like how long the elevators took or the set up of the shower where you have to be all the way in the shower to turn it on.

El restaurante, el chef y los camareros buenas personas.

Cons:

La chica de la recepción, habido un mal entendido con el tema de la fianza, que todos los hoteles cobran y yo no consiguió entender por el idioma, pensaba que me estaban cobrando 2 veces. Me alzó la voz varias veces. La chica pelirroja muy blanca de gafas.

The staff themselves were actually very nice, which makes this situation quite a pity.
Pros:

First of all, I must praise the hotel front desk. All the staff members, including the staff at the swimming pool desk, were very nice. The restaurant in the hotel was also excellent, and we really enjoyed having dinner there.

Cons:

However, I do need to make one complaint. I understand that the hotel rents out the swimming pool to swimming lesson groups and to senior groups. But this really creates a very bad experience for hotel guests. After we checked in, we went swimming once. At that time, the swimming instructors seemed unhappy that we were in the pool. Even though we were swimming normally, they gave us unpleasant looks, which made us feel very uncomfortable.

The next day after breakfast, we went to the pool again hoping to swim a little before checking out. But the seniors in the pool told us to leave and come back at 10:40. By that time we would already need to check out, so we couldn’t use the pool. This made us feel very unhappy, and the people occupying the pool were not friendly at all.

Pros:

I liked the pool but did not like that there were no adult only hours.

Cons:

I don’t like that breakfast was not included. I also didn’t like the flat feather pillows and the lack of ease in ordering room services.
