Location
Hilton in name only. Ordered room service followed all the prompts and selected Apple Pay. Seemed fine. 40 minutes later when I enquired about dinner told they didn’t accept Apple Pay though clearly money was pending transfer in my phone. So had to reorder using visa but it wouldn’t accept the order because I did not have a US Telephone number and so it went. Frustrating because my phone would not ring directly to room service and I had to be put through reception where they were clearly understaffed because I’d be out on hold for the longest time. But being cut in the line at reception by airline staff and then Hilton Rewards people was the biggest gripe. I wouldn’t have booked if I thought I’d be treated like a second class customer.

The rooms were not the cleanest the water was cold majority of the time
The bed and pillow are very comfortable. The rooms have a good size and are well organized with enough space to keep the luggage.
The toilet had a problem with leaking water and made a lot of noise. Breakfast and parking are not included.

Great location and shuttle service is always easy to access, rooms are larger than what you usually get in NY . Cookies are soooo yum

The larger lady who was at the pool was so disrespectful not sure why she scull me like a child regarding a wrist band that I had.
Shuttle to airport was perfect.
Proximity to the airport and the shuttle service. Rooms are a very good size.
