VERY CONVENIENT and should be considered!
Pros:

Great location--directly across the expressway from Terminal C, and a 7-8 minute jaunt on the free and spacious hotel shuttle. This is also where we would transfer to the "Q70" shuttle every day for a 20-25 minute ride to the subway and LIRR, FOR FREE. Atmosphere: "cold." This hotel is built as a conference hotel. Warmth and service are not its strong points. Rooms appeared recently updated, and the furniture was of superior quality, as was the bathroom. The HVAC equipment was on a roof just below our backside 5th floor room and was exceptionally noisy. If you can't deal with white noise you need to stay away from this side of the hotel. The hotel was "value-priced" using CHASE Points Boost awards for all three nights of Christmas week 2025. The hotel appeared clean throughout. As expected, the restaurant was over-priced and the food was as expected. Late night food from the bar was late night food from a bar and expensive for what it was. The small "store/kiosk" that opened into the lobby was well-stocked, easy to use for self-service, and the items we had from here were as expected (and pricey). Service seemed to be directly related to who felt good about coming to work vs. who didn't want to be there. The hotel folio had bottled room water posted to it, which was promptly removed when I called back a week after check-out. This hotel will remain on my list of options for LGA accommodations. However, this is an excellent option for visiting New York City without paying Manhattan prices because it is sooo easy to get around using the subway and the LIRR, and especially if you are using LGA. Kudos to our shuttle driver, whom I commended in my reviews with the hotel — he was a standout throughout our NYC visit.
