Late check-out requests are honored based upon availability on the day of departure and are subject to additional fees. Please note that rollaway beds are on request only and based upon availability. Please note that only valet parking is available and the garage has entry points on both 48th and 49th streets, between Broadway and 8th Avenue. Oversize cars are charged USD 109.30 including taxes and regular cars are charged USD 94.30 including taxes. These charges are for a period of 24 hours and no in and out privileges are provided. We had a wonderful stay at this Hyatt hotel in NYC! The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We were especially grateful that they allowed us to check in much earlier than expected, which made our arrival so much easier.
The room was very clean and comfortable, with a great bed that made it easy to relax after a long day exploring the city. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day, which we really appreciated. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything New York City has to offer.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting NYC!
staff was friendly and efficient. everything was recently renovated and very clean. close to 2 subway lines. and even tho in the heart of times square, was not loud in the rooms. Also more spacious room than your typical nyc hotel room

The location, right at Times Square, would have been perfect if it wasn't as noisy as it is. This is obviously not something the hotel can change, just something to know if you plan to stay here. Rooms are large in NY standards and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The location was good with easy access to many areas and subway. The views of the city from the room was very nice too and the bed was comfortable.
It was noisy and our room was right by the elevator so we had lots of noise. We asked for late check out and the staff were quite rude about dealing with this request. There is no kettle in the room and the hot water did not come on for the shower until after 8a.m. (which was OK as a cold shower when jetlagged does wake you up quickly).

Great location
2 things were pretty upsetting. The bathtub was clogged, full of hair and some plastic jn the drain. Called 2 times to reception but took a very long time to send someone. 2nd they charged me my stay on my credit card, when I had paid on Booking.com. Was hard to fix this, I had to dispute it with my amex.
Right in the heart of Times Square. Couldn't have been better, if that is what you want. Convenient for theatre, subways and restaurants. The staff was excellent and responsive to requests.
The rooms were very dated and tired. The sheer curtains were almost immovable and off their attachments at the top. The room carpeting cheap and worn. Paper cups in the bathroom, really?. No central heating but they brought in a portable heater. My feeling was that the room hadn't been used recently and they resurrected it because the hotel was overbooked.
