Please note that only valet parking is available and the garage has entry points on both 48th and 49th streets, between Broadway and 8th Avenue. Vehicles taller than 7 feet must be parked elsewhere. Please note, the credit card used to charge the guest room must be presented upon check-in. Staff was nice but like I said - the follow up on the admin side of things need to be improved.

They forgot to give me the invoice for my stay on March 20 and despite reaching out to Hyatt over the email - they still have not send me the required invoice. I find this unacceptable as in Asia - it’ll just take minutes to get this done.
