Winning location.
Pros:

Best location close to the center and to the Subway.
Very nice staff, especially the security team, who always welcomes you with a smile and is happy to help.
New and clean rooms.

Pros:

Breakfast options were very less, and limiting to 1 sandwich is not breakfast
We paid heavy amount and then limiting to take only 1 iteam that to in a hotel like Hyatt was not expected… i give 0 marks for breakfast, and prefer people not to take breakfast and waste your money, u have plenty of options outside

Expensive but compared to others in the area it was the best price and it’s updated, sound proof, and clean.

Cons:

No coffee maker or microwave. If you wanted to have food or coffee you have to take the elevator and buy from their market or some outside place. It’s nice having a coffee maker in room & a microwave to heat up left overs. Also, we were on the 30th floor it took 20 minutes on the weekend waiting for a down elevator to go get coffee. We ended just getting on an up moving one just to make it downstairs eventually. Bottom line. A coffee maker in room would’ve seriously been nice.

Our stay was of the quality expected when staying in Times Square.
Pros:

Bed was amazing, the location of the hotel was unreal right in the heart of times square. The staff upon check out were great and organized the transfers from the hotel to the airport in a great fashion.

Cons:

The staff wanting to clean the room 3 times on the day of checkout was a little bit of a frustration and should have been instructed to wait until check out completed. Adding 3 days of charges to credit cards made things a little more difficult when limited balances were available and we were on holidays looking to tour the area.

Superb Stay
Pros:

This was my second stay at the Hyatt Regency Times Square this year. Staff, room, cleanliness and location are all fabulous! My room was on the 40th floor and you can’t hear any noise from Times Square. The king size bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is very quiet. I will be back in October and again in December.
