Nice and decent but the breakfast sucks
Pros:

Very convenient to Times Square and broadway it’s close to everything really. The rooms were modern and clean a little small but that’s to be expected in a New York hotel

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible.. honestly it was not good.. I was expecting a buffet or something it wasn’t that. We order and the quality of food is terrible. So I would just eat out for breakfast

Wont stay there again, not recommended.
Pros:

The location was good, close to everything.

Cons:

The bathroom was not clean, the hair dryer was not working, there was nothing in the bathroom even though it is a 4-star hotel ( not toothbrush kit, hair kit, nail kit- NOTHING).
The staff were not cooperative and had a sharp tone, which didnt feel nice.
The breakfast was a nightmare- def not worth the extra money….

Magnifique hotel
Pros:

Emplacement de l'hôtel central. Personnel tres aimable. En plus nous avons été surclassés avec une chambre au dernier étage. Incroyable !. Ménage tres bien fait, bravo au personnel de ménage. Chambre très grande

Dommage pour le petit déjeuner. Je n'avais pas fait attention aux avis mais n'est pas du tout a la hauteur d'un hotel de cette catégorie. Pas de buffet. Choix restreint entre quelques propositions. Le tout emballé dans un sac kraft. Je conseille de prendre le petit déjeuner a l'extérieur
