겨울에는 너무 춥다. 난방기가 실내에 있는데 너무 추워서 방을 옮겼는데도 또 추워서 엔지니어 불러서 벽 뜯고 난방기 고쳐서 좀 나아졌는데도 너무 추웠다. 겨울에는 비추!

Da localização muito central, embora seja uma parte da cidade muito movimentada o facto dos quartos se encontrarem muito elevados em relação ao solo, afasta-nos o suficiente das luzes e do ruído. A dimensão do generosa do quarto

Pequeno almoço fraco, atendimento difícil, seria de esperar melhor dado a categoria do hotel. Hotel diz que se trata de um consecionario mas isso não justifica a baixa qualidade e o mau serviço. Poucas ou nenhumas amenities. Serviço de TV limitado sem Miracast

The location is perfect for broadway shows and time square.

Cons:

The air didn’t work.. the little store they have on the pictures when booking isn’t real. They don’t have that at all.. that is one main reason why I booked was to have a little store to go in and buy drinks and snacks for my kids and well they don’t have it. Not sure why they have a picture of it showing it’s in the hotel.

特にない。失敗。

Cons:

思い出もあるし何度か宿泊したハイアット系なのでと此処を予約しました。

チェックイン時間を30分ほど過ぎてフロントに、チラチラとこっちを見ながら到着早々部屋の準備が出来ていない。
いつ出来るか判らないから待つしかないと言われ、何で？と聞き返してもないものはない。
2Kings Bedにアップグレードに加えTimes square viewだからと。ただ待つ様にと。
誤魔化す様に話すので何度か聞き直しても面倒くさそうに対応されました。
インド系かラティーノという感じのスタッフでした。

ないものは仕方ないので電話番号を伝えてお茶を飲みに外出しました。大寒波到来で普段よりも極寒のNYC、1時間弱以上待っても連絡ナシ。
再びフロントに戻り、同じスタッフにどうなってるか聞いたら名前は？1時間以上待たされて同じ質問。連絡入ってない？クレーム入れても謝罪もナシ。
アップグレードはされておらず、こちらが指定した部屋。人数分のタオルの不足。高校生の団体がいてエレベーターは使えない。壁が薄く話し声が聞こえ、廊下から夜中に高校生の叫び声。
NYCの喧騒には慣れているが、此処のホテルはもうない。確実に人種差別も感じるし、最悪。他のホテルにすれば良かった。
去年のNJで宿泊したHyatt Regencyは綺麗でフレンドリーだったのに本当に最悪なホテルでした。
