Disappointed. Elevator broken, no shampoo or soap, bar NEVER opened, booked two king rooms for the two days and was given rooms with two double beds, and they said it was because they were overbooked, but no one was ever there?

Under construction for 2 years were told. Garage not labeled for clearance damaged trailer. Trailer was tagged by hood. Not safe area. Smell of pot everywhere. No nearby restaurants shops etc Do not go out after dark.

I was eaten alive by bedbugs the first night and asked them to at least change my sheets which they did not do. And, I have further attacks the second night.

I plan on calling the health department?

Clean room, convenient location to use Uber when traveling, and indoor garage parking seemed safe.

Proximity to Blue Cross Arena can’t be beat!

Check-in was horrible! Room was not ready until 6:15pm and should have been at 3pm. Everything in room was all plugged into a strip cord as you see in the photo! Fire hazard for nothing would work unless you unplugged stuff and replugged, it was microwave, fridge, tv and lights. Only plus… it’s a 5 min walk to the blue cross arena!

For a Wyndham property I had a much higher expectation for the high cost of a one night stay. The facilities outside of the room itself require major work. The 1 of 2 working elevators was filthy and the outside of the property needs a major cleaning. The room itself was okay except there was no hand soap at all. Had shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, but no soap for hand washing. I shouldn’t have to ask for it.

First impression is great. Lobby is a nice presentation. I did the on line pre checkin so all i would need to do is puckup my key at the front desk. NOT! Had to do it all over at desk, id, cc, etc. Waste of time online uploading pic of my id. Elevator to room, elevator panel has seen better days. King room was spacious. Opened frige to store my beverages, it was warm cuz its unplugged. I plugged it in. Great room, but the bedside scounces were a bit wobbly.
Footnote: none of the elevator buttons lighted up. And 1 of 2 elevators out if service due to upgrading.
Nice hotel, served my purpose (close to conference at Hyatt down the street) but defitely needs a refresh. I will stay again.

My room wasn’t cleaned once over my 5 day stay, though the lobby and common spaces were cleaned daily and well taken care of. The staff were very friendly and efficient, helping me out when my card key wasn’t working and were overall very welcoming. A few times though some people who seemed to come inside from the street were in the lobby, being loud and starting arguments with the staff and refusing to leave. The restaurant also was closed almost the whole time

The WORST hotel that I have ever stayed in. Arrived at 2:47 am on 9/5/25. Late, yes, but willing to stay. Rm#1 NO HEAT, 57 degrees outside, with the button for the heating system missing/broken. The toilet wouldn't flush. Husband repaired the toilet by going into to toilet tank. RM#2 - Lamp with blown bulb. Bathroom caulking looks cruddy with paint over it in an attempt to hide the dirt. A large fist-sized hole above the mirror. NEITHER room had face cloths. When requesting face cloths, given 2 hand towels, with the staff stating none are available

I actually never checked in. I arrived at 1am and was told they had no rooms so I was out of luck. No other hotels had rooms that night and being 1am it was hard to search so I ended up sleeping on the floor at our local office which was nearby. I have never had a hotel just tell me sorry no rooms.
