Very clean and comfortable bed and linens.
The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine.
Location
Didn’t have a restaurant and bar service during the day as the bar opened at 4.00pm
Clean, warm and great location! Didn’t want to stay I Portland so this was a great option!
Great room! Very clean! Lovely location!
The hot tub was a bit aggressive- not sure if it wasn't full enough or if the jets need to be adjusted- every thing else about our stay was great!
Great hotel with nice touches such as the lavender sachets, coffee in the lobby, mini fridges in the room, and microwave/water/ice stations with carafes.
We had a few meals in the restaurant, and the food was great! The burger and crispy potatoes was excellent.
The hotel is incredibly quiet, comfortable beds, and an indoor/outdoor pool area. Great TV selection as well.
The staff was friendly and informative. Fantastic service.
The drawbacks: there was only one small chair to sit in, which made it difficult for 2 people. The floors needed a good cleaning - they are hard surface, and definitely needed a sweep and a mop.
I would definitely stay here again!
The renovations here are modern, clean and beautifully striking. We especially enjoyed the bathroom mirror with built-in surrounding light. This facility is clean and dog-friendly. Staff seem happy to be here and present as cheerful and and very helpful.
The bed was mediocre. We've slept in worse and also much better. The breakfast was an additional $15. Each. A truly European experience (which this hotel seems to tout) includes the breakfast and on a rather grand scale. Recommend retaining the quality, including optional hot items such as omelets--in the price.
Peaceful location and walking distance to food and coffee.
The property is clean, comfortable and quiet

Bed could of been more comfortable
I recently stayed at the AC Hotel Lake Oswego and was disappointed by both the condition of aspects of the hotel and the way my concerns were handled.
During my stay, I experienced issues with housekeeping standards and with the balcony area. While I understand that problems can occasionally arise, what was most disappointing was the lack of engagement from management. After raising my concerns, the hotel manager refused to meet with me to discuss them, despite my request to do so, twice! As a guest, I found this dismissive and contrary to the level of service I expect from a Marriott property.
Following my stay, I pursued the matter through Marriott Bonvoy's Case Resolution Team. While 8,000 Bonvoy points were offered, neither the hotel nor Marriott appeared willing to properly address my concerns or acknowledge the poor customer experience. The response felt procedural rather than customer-focused.
I expected a much higher standard of customer care. Hotels are judged not only by how they perform when everything goes right, but by how they respond when issues arise. Unfortunately, this hotel fell short in that regard.
Because of this experience, I am now reconsidering my loyalty to Marriott and will likely focus future stays with Hyatt instead. I hope the hotel reviews its approach to guest concerns and management accessibility, as these areas had a greater impact on my stay than the original issues themselves.
Was very impressed by this hotel. It was clearly newly remodeled, with nice spacious modern rooms, a great indoor/outdoor combination pool with a hot tub and ceiling heaters. Bar area was nice and even the glass elevator ride was fun.
THE ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN.
I think everything was perfect
Safe for some mold in the grout of the shower and the limited amenities in the room, all was great!
AC chain in Europe has way more amenities in the room for the guest. Also, the dining options close by are not great (unless you love restaurant chains). Every restaurant I considered eating at was 15 or more imutds away.
I was there for work and I could walk to the meeting location for the first day. If you are coming to Portland for tourism (which I was on the second day), it is out of the way from the part of the city you likely are wanting to visit. Not a problem if you have a car.
